The villa is spread over four floors: the basement, ground floor, first and second floor, and an annex apartment. Villa Filia has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the annex apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it suitable for 8-12 persons. The estate can be rented as one unit for 12 persons or separately. This stone beauty was built in the Gothic-Renaissance style and witnessed many important historical events. The villa was rebuilt under the detailed monitoring of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments of the Republic of Croatia due to its historical value. Surrounded by powerful, centuries-old stone walls, Villa Filia offers complete privacy for its guests. It is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in a luxurious private area close to the sea, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the spacious and elegant spaces of this magnificent edifice. The annex is renovated in a modern style, so the combination of modern and Gothic-Renaissance style gives a unique environment.



The villa is a place where tradition, culture, luxury, and balance of mind and body are met. The main floor of Villa Filia is the central area of the villa, which consists of a spacious living area with an indoor fireplace and modern sofas. From this sun-bathed and airy space, a hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen and basement, where there is a wine cellar with a nice selection of wines. On this floor, there is also a simple bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate toilet with a shower.



The first floor of this luxury villa is connected to the ground level with an internal staircase and is intended for rest and relaxation. The interior of this level is furnished with antique furniture and designed to give the bedrooms a charming and romantic atmosphere. There are two bedrooms furnished with double beds, and all rooms have modern en-suite bathrooms with a shower and bathtub.



On the top floor of Villa Filia, there is a modern and spacious master bedroom with a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom, and a king-size bed. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.



In addition to the beautiful interior, you can step onto a large stone terrace from the main ground floor, which has a magnificent swimming pool with a great and indispensable role. The pool area is equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrellas, and outdoor seating furniture, where you can enjoy refreshments throughout the day, and in the evening, a glass of wine. If you're in the mood for some relaxing or delicious barbecue food, there is a summer kitchenette with a comfortable sitting area that gives a perfect ambiance in the shadow of Mediterranean plants.



On the lower floor, just a few steps from the summer kitchenette, you can find a modern gym and sauna for your fitness and relaxation needs. The annex apartment has been renovated in a modern style and features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living and dining area.

Villa Filia offers 400m² of luxurious living space and is situated on a 400m² lot, accommodating 8-12 guests in 4-6 bedrooms with 4-6 bathrooms. The villa features an outdoor swimming pool (32m²), terraces with Mediterranean plants, sundeck terraces, and a breathtaking sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi internet connection, LCD SAT TV, and an alarm system with video surveillance. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ and summer kitchenette for outdoor dining.



The ground floor of the villa features a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with shower, a double bedroom, a wine cellar, and a laundry room. The first floor has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a balcony, and a walk-in closet.



The annex apartment has a kitchen, living and dining area, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.



Outside, guests can enjoy a swimming pool (8x4x1,8m), sauna, gym, outdoor shower, sundeck terraces, a summer kitchenette, a pergola with a dining table, an outdoor living area with designer seating, and a BBQ. Villa Filia provides the perfect setting for a luxurious Mediterranean getaway.



Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a refundable safety deposit of 1500,00 Eur in cash. The minimum stay at Villa Filia is 5 nights, and arrival days can be any day of the week. Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 10:00 am. Pets are not allowed in the villa, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
