Naturally the home and location were beautiful. That being said, one comment that was made was about the bathroom toilets being very low to the floor. However, the elevator was great for "aging people". Overall, it was a lovely place.

My family had a wonderful time staying at 5 Roadrunner for our two week vacation in Hilton Head this past July. The house was perfect for our group of 12 adults and two children. Everyone was happy with their rooms. The house was clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, serving dishes, pots and pans for cooking too. A few in the family were working remote and were very pleased with the wi-fi coverage.The elevator was very helpful. Our 90 year old mother was with us and made it so much easier for her to come and go from the house. It was also nice to have the elevator for moving luggage and groceries. The communication with management before check-in was great and made it so easy for our arrival and departure. We were pleasantly surprised with the lovely welcome gifts we received. It was a very nice touch! The pool was perfect, just the right size with plenty of space for us to lounge and watch the pelicans fly overhead.The ocean views were beautiful from the house. We loved the palm trees off the deck for shade and privacy. Beach and pool toys were available for us to use too. Some of our group enjoyed the bikes and went to Coligny every morning for their "special" coffee. Or to take a leisurely ride on the beach.There were a few minor issues after we checked in, but the property management was easy to deal with and very quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great place with great management!

We were a group of 10 adults - had a wonderful time staying here. We messed up the elevator twice (yes, I know... we just were elevator-challenged) and they sent someone immediately to help us and they were as nice as they could be. The kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked. Best I've ever seen in a rental. Everything else was just great - we paid to have the pool and hot tub heated. It was just perfect. We all would highly recommend this place. Our only issue was we couldn't turn on the fireplace - not sure why this is, but it rained for two whole days and we really would have enjoyed having the fireplace on as that's where we spent a lot of our time.

The best time

Everything was just great! The communication from the property management was wonderful. The house was great for our group and the location was peaceful, but we went in the off season. There is a resort close but we did not experience a crowded beach or noise. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Hilton Head.

Perfect location for a perfect family get away

The home was lovely and the way it’s laid out everyone had private space. My 85-year-old mom and my sister and I and our families for a total of nine spent a wonderful week in North Forest Beach. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is very nicely stocked with cooking supplies And serving pieces the home was very clean when we arrived and the only issue we had with the property was addressed within 30 minutes. Access to the beach is wonderful although not accessible for anyone that has mobility issues. I would certainly stay at this location again, where we to return till Hilton head Island.

Great property

Wonderful property for a large group. The location is perfect with many shopping/eating available by bike. Communication with property manager was great! Would def. stay again.

Fabulous vacation home

We had a fabulous week at the house on Roadrunner Lane, despite the heat, humidity and stinging jellyfish. Our teenage grandkids spent more time in the pool than the ocean after getting stung. The beach itself is great -- very wide, with packed sand great for walking and bike riding. The house itself was perfect -- well maintained with comfortable beds and a great layout. The four bikes were used multiple times. Note: no one in Hilton Head seems to wear bike helmets! Getting ice cream at Coligny Plaza was an evening destination. Plenty of takeout and a well-appointed kitchen for cooking.

Simply Awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our large family and just as perfect for our toddler grandson. The outdoor space was so nice and just a quick walk to the beach. Some of our adult children had to do some remote work, but there was plenty of room to spread out! The resort next door made the beach a little busier than we preferred, but with low tide much of the day, there was plenty of room. The abundance of beach towels, 4 bikes, and pool/beach toys were an added plus!

Great house

Very nice property. Beach was very busy (next to a resort) but otherwise we loved it. One of the nicest we’ve rented. 21 people and we had plenty of room. Very clean and nicely appointed & stocked. The pool got yucky, but when I called the property manager, they sent someone quickly.

5 RoadRunner meet every expectation

We really enjoyed our time at 5 roadrunner. The house was everything we asked for. Spacious enough for individuals to conduct day-to-day business as well as accommodate all parties coming together for discussion and team meetings. The location is ideal and the pool and spa served their purpose even given some of the weather hurdles. Would definitely rent again for all occasions, family and friends vacation or another retreat
