気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The quality was unacceptable. The sofa (bed) was covered in mould which the owners/managers tried to hide with throw covers. The mould was a terrible and unhealthy environment in which to try to sleep, particularly for someone highly allergic to mould. The kitchen sink leaked on the floor and the electricity circuit blew every time the stove was used. The person who checked us in showed us the fuse boxes so this is obviously a known issue that has previously been reported and not fixed. The shower couldn’t hold a consistent water temperature and was mostly only ever lukewarm, and the kitchen tap and the kettle handle were loose. The kettle handle was dangerous. The location was excellent.
