This bright and spacious apartment is equipped with every comfort and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a large dining area and a double private terrace for the exclusive use of guests.
It is the ideal base for visiting Rome, located in the historic center of the city a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, with excellent connections that allow you to move easily.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds.
The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances to cook.
One of the two bathrooms is directly accessible from the master bedroom and has a bathtub while the other, located between the bedroom and the living room, has a shower.
The terrace on the lower level offers the possibility to eat outside, during the summer you can enjoy the unique view of the typical roofs of the historic center of Rome during your dinner or your aperitif.
On the upper level you can sunbathe and enjoy a unique view of the city center!

The apartment is equipped with: independent air conditioning and heating, unlimited wifi, direct access to the double terrace for the exclusive use of guests, washing machine (on the upper floor of the terrace - accessed only via an external spiral staircase), dishwasher.

At each guest change, the house is professionally cleaned and the beds made up with clean linen.
You will find at your complete disposal all the sufficient space to store luggage, clothes and personal items as well as a basic supply of bathroom linen and detergents for personal cleaning.

To offer you and all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:

- late check-ins on request, according to availability and subject to a fee (8-10pm 30€, 10pm-midnight 50€, after 10€ each extra hour); in case of delay on the agreed arrival time, the extra fee will be applied according to the effective arrival time;
- please respect the house and the people who live in the building (don’t make noise between 10pm and 8am in the morning);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (not applied to children up to 10 years); you can pay the city tax amount in cash at the check in;
- guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- for long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival
- each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom;
- linen and towels are changed by the cleaning company for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge. For shorter stays linen and towels change can be provided on request with at least 48 hours advance notice and the service cost will depend on the type and the quantity requested.
