It’s located a 2-minute walk from the beach, in one of the most vibrant areas of the Valencian coast, with Mediterranean restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues. It features a 55 m² chill-out terrace with sofas and a barbecue, accessible via a spiral staircase. Here you can soak up the sun, enjoy quality time with your loved ones, or simply relax.

The space
The apartment faces southeast with views of the sea and the resort, offering plenty of natural light and sunshine. In winter, the temperature is very pleasant since the balcony can be enclosed with a glass screen to trap the sun’s warmth, and in summer, you can open it up to let in the sea breeze. It also features a water softener (the water is as soft as silk, with no limescale) and a reverse osmosis system (you won’t have to buy bottled water).

Amenities and Common Areas
Includes: swimming pool for adults and children, 2 paddle tennis courts, parking space, 24-hour security service (concierge during the day and security guard at night), two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool will be open: May and October (weather permitting): weekends from 11:00-15:30 to 16:30-19:30. June through September:10:30-15:30 to 16:30-22:00. You won’t want your vacation to end, but you can always come back :D

Overview of the neighborhood
What makes La Patacona special is its large beach and the fact that you can enjoy it all year round. It’s always nice to take a stroll along it and feel the sand between your toes. Afterward, you can head to any restaurant for lunch (“Casa Navarro, Restaurante Llevant…” for a delicious paella), a café, or an ice cream shop for a treat (like “Lóbrador de bou,” where you can enjoy authentic horchata from Alboraya or ice cream), and to round out the day, have dinner at “Brassa de mar...” Or you can always stay in the penthouse, gazing out at the calm sea and enjoying your stay.

How to get around the area
I recommend taking bus #31, which drops you off right in the heart of Valencia in 30 minutes; another option is to rent a bike (you can rent them by the day or week) and explore the city from La Patacona to the Marina port, then head over to the large Turia River Park. If you’re in a hurry, there are also electric scooters for rent in the area. Parking isn’t a problem in the area, except during the summer months on weekends, but hey… that doesn’t affect you since you have a parking spot.
