The property was immaculate and obvious thought and extra effort had been put into all the details to make a wonderful, relaxing stay! The Host was extra responsive to our requests, such as an earlier check-in, an additional guest added and simple info like how to turn on the pinball machine!!! I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return again someday and will certainly refer to our family and friends.

Property is in an excellent location! It was quiet, but close to all the action. Access to the beach and multiple restaurants were all easy walks. I am glad we chose to have a property off the main drag that allowed for more room and a place that felt like our own. I highly recommend the Salt Cracker and Marina Cantina, probably the two best meals we had during our stay.

Simply the best

Let me start by saying if you are thinking about renting this location, stop looking and just go for it. The house is clean and incredibly well appointed. Everything you need is there. It’s incredibly spacious with very high ceilings and there is excellent AC on every level to help combat the humidity and heat. The walk to the beach is incredibly short and very pleasant. Having the marina to see from the mornings offers a wonderful view while you enjoy breakfast with the family on one of the many balconies. There are supplies in the garage to take to the beach which is so thoughtful of the owners. There is even a highchair and play yard/travel crib for those bringing their families with a baby. I simply can’t recommend this location enough and quite frankly when we return to Clearwater, we will look to stay in this exact same location because you simply can’t ask for anything better.

Clearwater Marathon Weekend

We had a great stay at the townhouse - it is well done and very well appointed with every amenity and kitchen item one could need. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants, nice to have own parking.

Spectacular Townhome with great views : location

Our family (including teens) had a great experience at this town home and we loved its walkable location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The home was perfectly laid out, well appointed and very clean. The back decks overlooking the water were great places to hangout and the property location is very quiet being so close to the action of Clearwater beach. Communication with the hosts was very good and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay at this property on our next trip to Clearwater Beach!

Great rental super close to beach!

We had two couples and two grown kids and this was perfect. Lots of space and tons of tvs. Great kitchen for eating in ... game room kept everyone entertained! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants with plenty of beach supplies. Clean and equipped with all the basics for a family stay! Only caution ... it's listed with three showers but only had two full baths, so the other bedrooms had to share the one bath ... the downstairs bath is a half bath.

Great stay/location

Great place and great location. We do an annual baseball trip each year and often stay in local hotels- but this property allowed for more space for our family to relax and enjoy. The video games were a plus too! Location is an easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants.

Great girls trip

Loved our stay in this beautiful townhome! House was lovely and perfect for our annual girls trip! Location was perfect, everything was walkable and weather was great. We enjoyed meeting Mary and Suzie at the pool and even had a visit late night from Steve the dolphin! We would love to return sometime!

Just like home, but better!

We had an amazing stay at the townhome. The view, the accommodations, the communication - all exceeded expectations! My two boys absolutely loved the game room, and my husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning overlooking the water. The location was excellent, especially due to the limited parking near the beach. Although the host provided coffee and everything we needed, it was a nice walk to the Starbucks on a few mornings for a little exercise, and we walked to dinner almost daily (SHOR is a favorite!). The kitchen was well-appointed, and the pool met the kids' main requirement - WARM! The security and maintenance staff on location was super-friendly, and always greeted us when we were out and about. This was our second time staying on Brightwater, and this townhome has my highest recommendation. We will definitely return!

New Year’s trip

My family booked a few days in Clearwater Beach for New Year’s and thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was conveniently located, well maintained, and comfortable for my entire family. We normally stay in a hotel when we come to the Tampa area but will be booking this property again next time.

Beautiful upscale condo

What a great place to stay with family and friends. Very comfortable, spacious, well thought out design. Each floor gives guest a beautiful patio to sit and enjoy the bay. Game room on lower level is a big hit with the kids. Great quality unit and short walk to beach. Won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing property

The house was awesome! 3 levels with an amazing view. Middle level for family meals and entertaining. Bottom level with game room -pool, ping pong, pinball, arcade game! Great fishing off dock in the back. Quiet pool and hot tub at end of the walkway. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay

Excellent Place

We love the Clearwater Beach area and have visited several times. This was the best stay yet. The place was clean, had plenty of space, and the pool table and games were excellent to pass time in the mornings and evenings when we weren't at the beach and doing other activities in the area. Another bonus was the fishing off the docks. We had an all around great time and highly recommend staying here. We will be back!
