Great April break

Beautiful townhouse 3 floors alot of room. So clean Everything you need in the kitchen to make you feel at home. Plenty of bath towels and even beach towels. The pool was ver clean and heated. We took our grandchildren who loved the bunk bed bedroom down stairs. Every room is very spacious its in walking distance to stores, restaurants and activities including mini golf across the street the house has to be sound proof because you never heard outside noises great vacation and one of my favorite houses I have rented

Cable was not working for a day and a half. Tea pot was leaking and the dishwasher was full of water. Toilet on main floor hard to flush.

Space not great for large group

The space was not as described. We had 7 adults. The condo is laid out on 3 different floors. Narrow spaces and lots of stairs to navigate. The 4th bedroom is in the back of the garage and does NOT have a bathroom. Anyone staying in that room must walk through the garbage, into the house, and up a flight of steps to use a bathroom.

A few more items needed

Only complaint was only had one kitchen sized trash bag, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwashing pod for a property capable of holding 8 people for 3 nights.

It’s very nice but I wouldn’t consider this luxury.

Allison was supposed to be my point of contact during my stay. Prior to arriving, I sent her multiple emails with questions about the area and things to do. I never received a response to my emails from her. Upon arriving, I was very happy that they were able to accommodate us by allowing me and my guests to check in early! The house was very clean and the views are beautiful! There were many things to do within walking distance. The beach was approximately a seven minute walk from the property. There is a mini golf place across the street and many restaurants that are within walking distance. There’s an elevator that guests cannot use, which was very annoying. Trying to take luggage up three flights of stairs was a pain! When you flush the toilet in one of the bathrooms, it smelt a little like sewage water. This is not at fault to the property management team, but there was a power outage during our stay. When it happened, we were not at the property. So when we returned and none of the lights would turn on, it was alarming. I called the number that was listed for emergencies to report what was happening and asked that the representative call back with an update. He never called back.We tried to find flashlights and candles to use but there weren’t any available. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom That is attached to the garage stopped working. Had to call maintenance again and it was fixed later that day. A few beach items were available but the canopy was broken.

Great location, beautiful property!

We traveled to the Clearwater area for a 4 day 3 night stay and found this property to be in an ideal location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach conveniently located near convenience store, restaurants and shops. Property had a pool and 2 nice outdoor areas. We loved this and would absolutely stay again!

Very nice location.

Accommodated our family well. Walking distance to just about everything. Trolley was a hit. Needed more parking. Overall would stay there again.

Nice location but not user friendly

The condo was lovely, but we are only giving it 3 stars due to some issues. First off they do not give you your door passcode until about an hour before check in. It is then sent via email, but our email did not have it listed and when I called the number listed on the email the gentleman that answered said there had not been one generated and had to call the manager. As we waited for a call back, I went back through my previous emails to find our contact person and called her extension but got voicemail. I also sent an email. We got there right at check in and waited outside the property for over 45 minutes before we got the passcode. We also could not get the elevator pictured in the property photos to work and there are A LOT of steps so if you have mobility trouble this rental is not for you. Carrying heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was not easy. The lower level room with the double bed/bunk combination and pullouts is not connected to the main living space. It is only accessible through the garage and does not have a bathroom down there. Anyone sleeping in that area has to come through the garage and up the steps to use the bathroom. Getting the master bath shower water to turn on was confusing as well and there is no binder in the rental with tips like how to use the elevator, checkout instructions, etc, that most rentals have. On a positive note, the location is nice as you are only about a block and a half from beach access and the patios overlook the bay.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time here at the townhouse. It was in a great location and easy access to everything. The townhome was really beautiful and clean. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Clean, Fun and Roomy Stay!

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway last month with friends. It was very clean, nicely kept and the rooms were great. You do need to bring (or buy) additional hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper, but not a big deal. The pool was a good size for the 6 units. The location was good - it was just walking distance to Pier 60 and several bars/restaurants. It is conveniently located across from part of the beach and across from a gas station (AKA where we bought the hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels :) ). The only downside was the rooftop - it felt (I don't know how to say this) squishy and unsafe and the furniture was tatterted. That was the least of our worries, though, and we would definitely go back.

Great Stay

Great property and location! The elevator inside the building was super convenient, especially for transporting luggage to the third floor. The property was very clean. A star was removed because there were dead ants along the windows near the dining table. A few live ants in the bedrooms throughout our stay even after getting rid of them ourselves. No mirrors in three out of the four bedrooms besides the ones that were in the bathrooms -- made it inconvenient when getting ready if someone was in the bathroom. There's no bathroom access for the room behind the garage unless you go to the second floor, which sucks for the people staying in that room. There were no small trash bins inside the bedrooms besides the ones in the bathroom and the kitchen. It would have been nice if there was more bedroom furniture with counter space and drawers. I brought extra toilet paper with me because an email prior to our stay said "One roll of toilet paper per bathroom," which I thought was completely ridiculous considering how much we're paying. In reality, it was one full roll on the holder and one extra and I wasted space in my luggage bringing it for all three bathrooms. Checking out process was a lot better and easier than other rental properties I have stayed at. They only asked us to: put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which we didn't have, take out the bathroom and kitchen garbage and put them into the bins outside, and take your stuff out of the fridge and freezer. Overall, it was a great stay, but there was just so many minor inconveniences that could be easily addressed.

Excellent location, spacious

The property is clean, spacious and have many beach toys for kids. I would have rated 5 stars had we have enough toilet paper and towels. We stayed for 4 nights and each bathroom only has 1 roll of toilet paper, no hand soap and each bathroom only had 2 bath towels. We didn’t have additional trash bag either. Otherwise the property is very nice as in the pictures and our family enjoyed it a lot !!

Would stay here again

While it was just my husband and I staying as the rest of our party cancelled, this would have been plenty of space for the 6 of us. Everything you need in a great location. The only “hiccup” was the wifi password that is provided out in the open in the kitchen is incorrect. It wasn’t until the next to last day that I found the correct password in the coffee table drawer.

The basement room with bunk beds had a window unit for AC and did no access to a bathroom on that floor. The only access is through the garage or the elevator to go upstairs. No way small children could stay in that room. The rental company provided the wrong WiFi and had no information on where the cable modem was located or the name of the cable modem. I felt the rental company was lacking customer service skills.

A must stay!

The property exceeded our expectations. The view of the bay was breathtaking and very peaceful. Everything was in walking distance and every restaurant was delicious. The sunset on the beach so worth the drive. Property manager answered every text and email, excellent customer service. Will stay again.

Amazing location and views

Our family had a wonderful time while staying on property! It is very close to the beach and restaurants. We had 2 cars and were able to park easily. There is a gas station across the street in case you need something quickly. Our first night their the air conditioning went out upstairs and they were able to get it fixed in a timely manner. The house has everything you need to go to the beach which was a relief we didn’t have to go buy towels and chairs. We loved watching the sunrise and sunsets from the deck and rooftop deck! The views are beautiful!!! The bedrooms are all a good size and everyone felt comfortable. We traveled with a party of 9 and the townhouse was big enough we could all have our own space if needed. I would recommend this property and hope to come back again!!

Nice place to base a beach vacation

Great property conveniently located near beach. Some technical glitches while we were there due to property ownership change, but property management company very responsive. Would rent again.

Very nice place

This property was very nice and in a great location. The only suggestion would be to add a few more bath towels and bed pillows. Also, the floors looked clean but our feet were extremely dirty.

Christmas getaway

The property was perfect for 8 people. It was very clean. We only noticed that one of the TV's was not working. Also there seemed to be a shortage of forks in the kitchen for a party of 8. May we have more next time?
