This villa lies in Amalfi Coast, precisely in Conca Dei Marini, that is a town in the province of Salerno in the Campania Region of south-western Italy. It is situated on a hill close to the coast and between Amalfi and Furore.

This ancient coastal village has a strong fishing vocation.

Renowned over the centuries for its recklessness in dealing with any type of weather condition, it is another romantic idyll that you will only find on the Amalfi Coast.

Nowadays, the town, which winds it way 400 metres up between the mountain and the sea, is the best known for its marina, with a handful of houses which seem to be creeping down from the coastal road into the sea.

A path of steps and arches twists and turns among the house to eventually lead to the beach.

The surroundings
In the high part of the towns, there is the Church of S. Pancrazio, situated on the hill with the same name with a spectacular view. There is the Convent of Santa Rosa, built in the second half of the 1600s.

Well-known for the culinary delights of the nuns who inhabited it, a local festival on the 30th August celebrates the creation of the typical puff pastry, Santa Rosa.

While, on the 5th August, there is another local festival dedicated to the Madonna della Neve, with a small Chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary on the beach.

On this strecht of coast there is the most beautiful grotto on the entire coastline: the Grotta dello Smeraldo. In 1932 a local fisherman discovered the grotto and nowadays, every year, thousands of tourists visit it.

To relax
When looking for the most authentic and suggestive corners of the entire Amalfi Coast, there is no need to look any further than down the stairway. This stairway leads to the beach of Marina di Conca, passing among the houses of the small coastal village.

It is ideal for whoever wants to relax, not only because of the breathtaking scenery but also due to the excellent beach facilities, with restaurants and bars.

There are two buildings under the cliffs on this beach. On the left, there ia s private villa, while in the centre there is la Tonnarella, a very good restaurant. In addition other 2 excellent restaurants.

The water is always very clean and you can also enjoy at Capo di Conca Lido, with sun-beds, a bar and restaurant as well as a small swimming pool for children,

All on several concrete terrace which make it easy to get in and out of the water.

Description of the villa
The villa is on two levels.

On the ground floor there is the living area, overlooking a covered porch which leads to the terraces, with a colorful kitchen; a splendid living room and dining room with light and Mediterranean tones.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two doubles with en-suite bathroom, one double and one with a French bed with an external bathroom.

All the environments are characterized by refinements and style.

Comfortable, carefully furnished rooms with a family atmosphere to give you a peaceful stay.

This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, or for couples looking for a relaxing, pleasant and in privacy.
