Marina del Castillo 321

Second time staying in this apartment. Plenty of room for our party of 5. Complex is lovely, super clean communal areas and great large swimming pool which was never busy. Fabulous location. Easy to book and great communication from Duquesa Estates Perhaps leaving more than 1 toilet roll when there is a large group staying.

Great location, comfortable and lovely views

The location and easy access to the beach, pool and restaurants. People at Duquesa Estates are very helpful and friendly to attend any queries. The beds were not comfortable for our liking. The main bedroom mattress was too soft. Outdoor furniture was nice however could do with a dining area too as there is sufficient space.

Great Holiday

The apartment is in an excellent location. Lovely complex, very well maintained. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Our only criticism would be the shower in the second bathroom. Very cramped and hard to operate with all the different controls. This could do with being replaced.

Perfectly Placed Spacious Apartment

Lovely apartment in clean, peaceful complex. 4 adults and 1 child. Great pool area and location for beach. Lovely spacious terrace. Good communication with Duquesa Estates. Some drainage issues in central bathroom which caused a drain smell from time to time but a minor problem and seems to be the norm in the area. Ants - bait was down and even though we weren’t on ground level you had to be very careful not to drop any food!! These issues did not affect our holiday as we’re aware they’re both common in warmer climates.

Quase excelente ...

It was great just to be back in Duquesa after everything that has happened

Location, view from balcony, service/help from Office team Cleanliness, didn't appear to have had deep clean before we arrived?

Great place to escape the winter.

An excellent apartment, with a couple a small niggles, - the kitchen is really quite small for 6 people and in January early February the living room is quite dark. An additional lamp would improve matters. The service from Duquesa Estates was excellent, I cannot make any recommendations for improvement.
