Smaller, renovated cottage located in quiet and peaceful surroundings very close to Kulhuse harbor with all its cosiness and charm. The house consists of a large entrance hall / utility room and open kitchen / family room, from which you go directly into the combined living / dining room. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Furthermore, a room with a double bed and a very large bathroom. The house has a cozy annex with a double sofa bed and its own small terrace. From the living room there is direct access to a sunny terrace and beautiful garden with swing and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Turn on the grill and enjoy the silence and not least the sun. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
