Drive 5 minutes to the famous Megan's Bay, 10 minutes to Coki point beach, Redhook, St. John and BVI Ferry.
5 minutes drive to St. Thomas Mainstreet, Havensight & Yatch Haven Grand.

Relaxing stay

Very relaxing stay. As described in the pictures. I was provided with a driver who was amazing. The owner recommended Mr Butch to drive us around and he was the best. You def need a vehicle to get around. I took my 3 year old son with me and he got board at times and started playing with the cabinets. The owner didn’t like that part too much. Additionally, he told me I was using too much water in the unit. It was super hot with no air so we took lots of showers. Overall it was amazing stay despite those two instances.

Got screamed at by owner and told to leave!

It was a beautiful view. No air conditioning. Owner was screaming and shaking mad when he saw we had the linens in the washer. I specifically asked about a washer and dryer. He screamed repeatedly for us to get out now. We packed up and left mid stay. He did refund our last three nights and said we could stay….NO THANK YOU! We were definitely not staying another night and would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful view

Very spacious and nice room with a breathtaking view. I Recommend bug spray and a 4wheel drive vehicle! Very nice host, highly recommend staying here.

Nice view. A little hard to get to.

Overall, a nice little studio with an amazing view of Hans Lolik island. The property is off of some quite hilly roads, and itself has a pretty steep driveway. A lifted vehicle, preferably with 4WD, and a confident driver is definitely recommended! Our rental car ended up with a few more scratches than it started with. Additionally the water is not potable. You should definitely stop and grab some jugs of water on your way from the airport. The kitchen area is pretty sparse, with only a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (again, remember your own water). As such, plan your meals accordingly. You’ll likely be eating out a lot (after all, you’re in the Caribbean), but since the place is at the top of some hilly roads, plan your evenings accordingly.

Amazing stay with incredulous views

We highly recommend Johan and Laura's place. The bedroom is so spacious and bright and beautiful, with a stately king size bed, and we were greeted every morning with spectacular sunrise views through a lovely bay window with plants. Via a giant wall of glass doors, there is a fabulous view of nearby islands and the blue sea. And we enjoyed morning tea on a lovely balcony with the same views... The bathroom is fabulous and so is the shower. THe property is on a hill and is a short drive to Magens Bay. The walk to the bay is possible but part of it is on a busy road. But this would have been the case from any property :-). This room is a complete winner and we would love to stay here again :-). And the host is wonderful too - what more can one ask for ?
