This is our 4th time in Prominence. Different unit every time. Love this place for the quick access to the pool...out the door and across the street!

Nice Stay!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and well decorated which made it very easy to relax and enjoy. The balcony was also well cleaned…so you can enjoy it! I must say the property manager for this home was amazing. I stayed at a different property a month ago managed by Vacasa Florida and it was horrible…did not resolve anything! Do not stay at a property managed by them…it was truly awful! Oversee was very responsive and resolved the issues we had immediately. Oh and the amenities were nice.. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location for spring break

Across the street from the Big Chill. Directly across from the pool. Balcony great for coffee & cocktails with View of the Big Chill. Great spot if you have children

Good, but could be better

The area we stayed at was great! 30a was fun for all ages. The actual place that we stayed at could use some improvements. The house does look like the pictures that are listed but once you get there it’s a bit different. You can see the touch up paint that they did throughout the inside of the house. The floor was dirty as it left our feet black the first day there. The carpet in the room looked dirty because of the dirty floor as well. Couldn’t walk barefooted in the house and no mop to clean it with. As someone that likes home cooking/grilling one of the amenities was that grills were available but the house we stayed at didn’t have any grilling utensils and only one pan to cook on. Most of the beach accessories they had are outdated and broken. There wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch so we called the property managers and they provided us with extra blankets. I think I remember reading a review about a bloody pillow and when we got there the pillow was still there. They were also able to provide us with new pillows and pillow covers since most didn’t have any. For the amount of money that one pays to vacation at such a location we expected more but we’re given limited amount of toilet paper and trash bags and had to purchase our own. But we appreciated the napkins, dish soap, soap for dishwasher, and laundry detergent. I would say that they’d take into consideration the amount of people staying when providing necessities to the visitors. We also had problems with the pool codes that were provided. The first one was not working for us and I emailed the property managers. They emailed back a different code and when we tried that it didn’t work either. The security personnel on the property provided us with a code and said that the one that was given to us was old! Speaking of codes, when entering the one at the home the handle to the door needs to be pulled up to open and not down. One last thing, not a necessity but as a person who likes looking in the mirror for outfit check, a long mirror would be much appreciated to see how an outfit looks!

Great property, but beds & pillows were a miss

Overall, this was a great townhome that was beautiful, clean and in a good location. The process of checking in, checking out, etc was all easy and effortless. The only major setback on this property was the beds. The beds, linens and pillows were so not comfortable at all. Feel like we got no good sleep this weekend because of it too. For the price of this stay, we were very disappointed with the comfort of the beds, specifically pillows and sheets. If you're staying here, I'd suggest to pack your own pillows for this. Otherwise, it was a great stay, clean, updated, and beautiful and loved the pool.

June 2022 Stay

We had a great experience with our 12 Milestone C rental. The townhouse we clean and very nicely designed/decorated. The only issue we had was using the pullout sofa. The mattress for it was extremely thin and uncomfortable. After reaching out to Oversee they quickly sent someone with a mattress topper 😁 our guest just ended up sleeping on the couch instead of unfolding it. Will stay here again next year!

Great location! The community pool was awesome. Townhouse was equipped with everything we needed. It was great to have the bikes with locks to ride down to the beach access. We’ll be back.

Very good

Very nice unit. Only complaint was that when we arrived we found the couch and chairs filthy. Oversee got someone there quickly and they took all of couch and chair covers away to clean them. They returned them the next day very nicely cleaned.

Don't leave anything behind!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mistakenly left behind 6 pairs of very expensive shorts, cleaned and stacked together in a drawer. Upon calling the same day, I was advised they weren't found. After calling again 1 day later, suddenly they had appeared but only 4 pair and the "housekeeper" had the other 2 pair. Why? These were stacked together, with nothing around them. I was told they would be mailed to my address. Another phone call 5 days later and no one knows anything about this and there are no shorts. Another call 6 days after that, and I'm told they'll contact the property manager and get back to me. No response, no call. I call again last week, and advised that they're not sure where they are and to call The UPS store. UPS finally contacts me and mails them out. 4 pair of shorts arrive with the 2 that housekeeping kept, not in the box. Moral of the story, don't leave anything expensive behind even in a $800k condo that you don't want stolen. Also, please clean the moldy patio furniture, greasy range lid, and change the air filter every once in awhile. That thing is at least a year old. Thanks!

Pass for next time

Good location, nice community and pool. However, unit was filthy. Floors were so dirty. Stains on walls, master bed sinks in so much. Couch dirty and never cleaned. Upon checkin we noticed a fruit fly infestation. We had to make our own traps to try to keep them at bay as best we could. The property manager said they couldn’t find any spray to spray for them and gave us two cheap traps that did absolutely nothing. You feel dirty the moment you walk in this place. Enjoyed the bikes they had and location to the hub.

Not as advertised- stay somewhere else

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and the pool area is cool. Outside of that not much else good to say. They were cleaning and painting the building when we showed up. Therefore we were not allowed into the rental for close to an hour. The couch and bar stools were covered in stains. Felt like a college apartments. Things were broken all over the place, blinds, kitchen chairs, stuffing falling out of pool chair pillows. Walls and carpets had stains and markings all over them. The bed was super cheap and pillows were thin and cheap. Id say it overall it was rather gross.

bright and open property

this was a bright and open property, however the floors where a not as clean as preferred, left my feet black unless I wore shoes throughout the home. No basic kitchen/cooking amenities such as salt/pepper, (all though It was not mentioned to be available either). liquid soap was nice to have, as well as sponge for dishes, and detergent for dishwasher and laundry. ample towels for bath needs! :)

Great Location. Lots of stuff for teenagers to do! Awesome pool!

Check in/out process was a breeze. Property as advertised. Close to shops and public beach access. Great neighborhood with a wonderful clean pool.

Great location

Great location, beautiful house, and very clean! Would definitely like to stay there again! We lived being right by the Hub! We could hear live music from our patio! The Hub was also a great place for a family to hang out!

Great time in Santa Rosa Beach

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The location is great as it is across the street from the pool and the Hub (eating area). We had some trouble with the garage door when we got there and they immediately sent someone to take care of. Keep in mind that the unit is over the garage so when you get there.....you will have to climb some stairs. Overall this is a wonderful place!!! We LOVED it.
