Amazing Stay Close To The Colosseum

What a great find this apartment was. It is positively spacious for a European apartment with two big bedrooms, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. It had all the amenities we needed. It was quiet in the evenings and we slept with the windows open at night and had plenty of breeze. The Metro was a short walk and there were several great cafes and restaurants near by. We also simply walked down to the Colosseum at night to see it lit up. The area the apartment is in was safe and the neighbors were friendly. Best of all was our gracious host Pina. She has maps and directions written out in Italian and English to local restaurants, cafes, markets and attractions. Pina took such wonderful care of us and when the air conditioning stopped working she had a repair man immediately out to fix it the same day. We have recommended this apartment to several friends and when we return to Rome we will stay at Pina's again.

Overnight in Rome

This property is exactly as advertised. Unit was clean, comfortable and perfect for our two couples. Pina was easy to communicate and work with, and we really appreciated the taste of her family Limoncello produced on their farm in Sicily. I would recommend this place if you are in Rome to sightsee for a couple days, It is a short10 minute walk to the Colosseum 20 miuntes to walk to Roma Termini and there are many restaurantes and shops nearby. Great location, and a very good value. Thanks Pina!

Logement conforme à la description. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados. Literie trÚs confortable, logement trÚs propre. Excellent accueil le Pina. Situé à quelques pas du Colisée, l'emplacement est idéal. Nous recommandons le logement.

Nous avons séjourné à Rome du 22 au 25 février avec nos 2 filles . Ville magnifique ! Mais je voulais surtout dire que l appartement que nous avons loué était top : conforme aux photos aux descriptions . En plus Pina de Marco nous accueilli trÚs chaleureusement . Je recommande cet appartement qui est en plus situé à deux pas du Colisée .

Nice apartment near Colosseum

Very clean and nice apartment near the colosseum and other sites in Rome. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue which is not with the apartment is that it borders a major road in Rome and can be noisy when the widows are open. In Italy they hit their horns at each other constantly. There is AC so you can close the windows. Other than that it is a very nice apartment.

Una vacanza nel cuore di Roma

Bellissimo appartamento a pochissi miminuti dal Colosseo. Al'arrivo con la macchina via Iside e solo ammessa per chi ci abita e ce sempre un parcheggio disponibbile o si può anche lasciare per tutto il periodo della vacanza. Magnifica la signora Pina e suo figlio che ci hanno accolti calorosamente anche se avevamo 2 ore di ritardo per causa del traffico. L'appartamento e dotato di ascensore (antico e bellissimo). Ha davvero tutti i Comfort ed e pulitissimo. E davvero nel cuore di Roma e il 90% dei Monumenti si possono fare benissimo a piedi (anche con le mie bambine di 6 e 12 anni :-) ). Per poi andare più lontano, si possono fare i biglietti del bus, dietro l'angolo di casa, li ce Tabbachino e la possibbilità per prendere un Tram o il Bus. Un grandissimo GRAZIE dalla Famiglia Stefanizzi.

Cet appartement est idéal pour tout type de séjour. Nous (2 adultes) y sommes restés pendant 10 jours. Il est spacieux, confortable et possÚde toutes les commodités nécessaires et suffisamment d'espace de rangement. Il est situé dans une alcÎve résidentielle, sans circulation automobile, prÚs de toutes les commodités et du transport en commun. De l'appartement, vous pourrez aller facilement à pied à la Rome antique (le Colisée, le Palatin et le Forum) et au quartier San Giovanni (la Basilique St-Jean-de-Latran, l'escalier Saint, le saint des Saints et la Basilique Saint-Clément). Il est tel que décrit et présenté par sa propriétaire, vous n'aurez aucune surprise désagréable, bien au contraire. Nous vous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

we had 10 wounderful days and nights in rome at eastern. the booking was uncomplicated and perfectly organized by pina. the flat is perfectly suited for a 4 pers. famliy. and the loacation is an ideal central hub for exploring the city. 2 metros, busses, and trams are nearby as well as supermarkets and lots of restaurants (as usual in italy :-) thanks again alfredo

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Rome

The apartment is so light, fantastically decorated and has all you need for a visit to Rome. We were a family with young children and liked the fact that the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a supermarket nearby. It is very close to Manzoni underground station (5min) and 5 min walk to the Coliseum. We had a lovely stay and I will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Fantastic apartment in central Rome

We were a family with 2 children aged 6 and 3 and had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Everything was very clean, the sofa bed was really comfortable and the shower was fantastic! The apartment is very close to the Colosseum (5 min walk) and very near the Metro station Manzoni. I will strongly recommend this property, kitchen is very well equipped and there is a supermarket nearby so you can cook lovely meals.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Rome.Cet appartement à deux pas du Colisée est idéalement placé pour visiter tous les superbes sites de cette superbe ville. Io mio marito e i nostri piccoli di 8 e 4 anni abbiamo soggiornato a casa Iside dal 10 al 24 agosto e devo ringraziare la Sig. ra Pina per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza a Roma veramente speciale ! Roma Ú splendida e non ho bisogno di elencarvi tutto ciò che offre ma vi scrivo per consigliarvi l' appartamento Iside per trascorre una vacanza veramente confortevole. Innanzitutto la posizione dell' appartamento Ú centrale ma le finestre dell' appartamento danno tutte su una via privata chiusa dal cancello dove noi abbiamo posizionato la macchina e l' abbiamo ripresa il giorno della partenza senza preoccupazioni di lasciare l' automobile su strade pubbliche. L' appartamento per 4 persone Ú grande, luminoso. L' abbiamo trovato pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità e completamente conforme alle foto e alla descrizione sul sito. L' ubicazione dell' appartamento Ú ottima perché ci ha permesso di visitare tante attrazioni di Roma a piedi ma visto che avevamo anche dei bimbi piccoli abbiamo utilizzato anche i mezzi che sono vicinissimi : davanti a casa c'Ú la fermata del bus dove passano tantissimi mezzi che portano un po' dappertutto e vicinissima avevamo la stazione della metro. Consiglierò sicuramente l' appartamento ad amici e parenti che vogliano trascorrere una vacanza a Roma in libertà ma con tutte le comodità. Un grazie ancora alla sig.ra Pina e a suo figlio Valerio per averci aiutato fornendoci le indicazioni stradali per raggiungere l' appartamento e tutte le indicazioni di cui potevamo avere bisogno. Assolutamente perfetto !

Appartamento assolutamente accogliente e confortevole. Abbiamo effettuato un soggiorno prolungato a Roma avendo la possibilità di apprezzare la magnifica posizione in cui si trova, servito da entrambe le linee della metropolitana (5 e 8 minuti a piedi a seconda della linea) e numerosi autobus, ma nello stesso tempo in una via estremamante tranquilla. Arredato in modo funzionale, perfettamente pulito, abbiamo trovato tutto quanto il necessario per sentirci davvero come a casa nostra. Gentilissima la proprietaria. Nella speranza di potervi presto tornare, lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.

A fabulous week in Rome

We shot this miracle flat in the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful houses! Clean, bright, has everything you need. Located in a five-minute walk from the Coliseum, away from busy roads. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, large supermarkets. Apartment great for 4 people. All perfectly clean and cozy. Special thanks to the hostess greeted us with champagne and helped out a taxi. We had an early departure, but she was kind enough to us to calculate. Nice location,friendly and comfortable accommodation make my wive and myself for a pleasant and comfortable 4 nights stay. Pina's apartment has a fabulous ambiance giving us the sense of stepping back to a more relaxed slower Victorian era.Our 3-roomed perfectly clean apartment has a large bedroom with very comfy bed,was well appointed with stylish white furniture. All of the rooms are specious and have wonderful character. We found our host ,Pina,most gracious and accommodating of every little needs: umbrella,maps,bottle of wine,beer,etc Overall,it was excellent experience and we will stay at Pina's Place again wile in Rome

Nice apartment at a good location

Overal we had a really nice stay at the apartment. It was situated really well, just a 10 minutes walk from the coloseum. The apartment itself was really clean and included everything we needed. I would definetely like to come back when i visit Rome again!

Breve ma intensa vacanza a Roma

Vacanza purtroppo durata solo pochi giorni ma Ú stato possibile visitare la maggior parte dei luoghi storici grazie anche alla vicinanza della casa ad essi. Inoltre tutti i mezzi pubblici sono vicinissimi e ciò a reso gli spostamenti ancora più facili. Posso dire che tutto Ú come descritto inoltre ho apprezzato la pulizia e l'accoglienza calorosa. L'immobile era in buono stato e fornito di ogni confort. Se venite a roma e desiderate un ottimo apparamento per qualità e prezzo l'avete trovato. Buone vacanze a tutti!!!!
