This beautifully kept 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 7 minute walk to all the beaches, amenities and resort centre. It is just a short stroll by the sea along the boardwalk to Protaras strip.

Modern and spacious the apartment is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features and open plan living room, dining and kitchen area as well as a large balcony with seating area.

There are two large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en suite shower room and the other with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC. Free WiFi and Satellite TV are available and the apartment has air conditioning through.

Outside, our guests are able to make full use of the communal pool and sun loungers.

A luxury 2 bedroom apartment in an ideal central location perfect for a relaxing break.

Great stay in quiet location of pernera

The actual appartment was excellent. Had all amenities. Clean and well equipped. However the let down was the pool area. Needs sprucing up. But the main complaint was sun beds. Posting shows 6 beds. In actual fact all we’re broken and rusty. We had to ask for replacements and eventually got one bed. Had the appartment block been full then it would have been totally inadequate. Needs addressing. Otherwise if you’re booking because the appartment offers a pool. Then look elsewhere

No company, however, is perfect, which is why we are always striving to improve things for our property owners and guests, so any feedback we receive is very welcome and always taken seriously.
