Katerina is located in Faros (Lakka), Paxos. This semi-detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning and sleeps up to 6
people with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Walking distance to the Beach
and Restaurants.

Two bedrooms on ground floor (1 double, 1 twin) sharing a bath/shower
room, one bedroom (master double) on first floor with en suite bathroom
(bath with shower). Large living/dining room (with sofa bed sleeping
2), opening into kitchen area. Extensive balconies with views.

The living room has a comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Satellite TV.
There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view and location. Ideal for big groups hiring all 3 villas. Fairly basic accommodation, but spend most of it outside!

Lovely villa that needs some work

This amazingly located property was our home for two glorious weeks. We really enjoyed the adventure of the rustic path down to the beaches and into town and the view of the port was magic. This is a very spacious and well appointed home for your stay. We cooked meals and did laundry and we felt very at home. Directions and check in info was excellent and Agni Travel was great with providing info about taxis and other tips and assistance throughout the trip. Here’s the bad: the drains in this property need work and there is a problematic moisture problem in the downstairs bathroom as a result. The drains are slow and backed up. We were asked to open the window when showering and we did that, but couldn’t leave it open all the time because of bugs. There was some mould spots on the paint and tile grout in that bathroom when we arrived and it only got worse through our stay. The upstairs bathroom was fine, so it’s clearly a problem downstairs. Sadly, the woman who attends to the property was incredibly unhelpful and downright rude. She blamed us for anything that was lacking and made snide remarks about my contacting Agni Travel with my requests, which I thought was the process they preferred, as that’s what they told me to do. I cannot say enough kinds words about Agni Travel. They were all fantastic and saved us from having what could have been a nightmare of a holiday. All in all, we loved this property but a few issues could be addressed and it would be amazing.

Trs belle rsidence, trs bien place sur les hauteurs du port de lakka. Petit sentier pour descendre au port en 10min, attention cest pentu, 2min de la 1er plage avec un peu de sable. Acces une autre petite plage de galets et cailloux ct ouest, trs belle. Maison grande, chambres spacieuses et climatises. Alexandra super accueillante! Nous la recommandons vivement Sjour en juillet 2021 Paxos est une petite ile trs calme en t 2021 cause covid, trs propre. Eaux turquoises!

Nous avons tout particulirement apprci la vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Lakka. La villa est merveilleusement bien situe pour profiter des vacances au calme, tout en tant proche du centre de Lakka et de sa jolie petite plage avec taverne accessible par un petit sentier rocailleux. Par ailleurs, la propritaire Alexandra sest montre trs sympathique et ractive lorsque nous avions besoin de quelques chose. Nous recommandons cette location sans hsiter !

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. The views from the balcony over the beach and bay were amazing. Most of our time we enjoyed staying there, either for drinking a glass of wine, having dinner, or taking the morning coffee while enjoying the cool breeze from the bay.Nice relaxed holiday overall. Thanks for all Agni, we are counting on you for our next holiday.

Just what we look for when booking a studio, cozy, clean, and simple. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and had its own balcony. Most of the time we spend on the balcony and enjoyed the evening sea breeze. Also visited Paxos and Gaios and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Greek specialties there. A nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Très belle résidence, très bien placée sur les hauteurs du port de lakka. Petit sentier pour descendre au port en 10min, attention c'est pentu, 2min de la 1er plage avec un peu de sable. Acces à une autre petite plage de galets et cailloux côté ouest, très belle. Maison grande, chambres spacieuses et climatisées. Alexandra super accueillante! Paradis on earth! we´ve been around but we never had a view like that before. Lakka and the bay is extra-ordinary buytifull and Villa Katarina is situated on the perfect spot to take ind the views. short 10 minutte walk to town - although on a rocky path thats not for the elderly. The most wonderfull way to get out of the Covid-prison.

Restful location with wonderful view

The Villa was just as we expected from the website. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful. There was a small problem with the kettle but as soon as we told the owner, she arrived with a new kettle and some cakes! Wonderful service! We would recommend the villa and hope to return again.

Great location and roomy apartment but....

Poorly cleaned and under equipped in lots of small ways. Upstairs bed ridiculously hard and would have expected stuff like salt, pepper washing up liquid and adequate kitchen towels to have been included at this price. Thoughtful touches aside it’s a great location but Probably time for overall rejuvenation. Owner a lovely lady and very helpful.

Het huis is niet bijzonder mooi, maar de plek is super als uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie op Paxos

Het uitzicht van het balkon is heerlijk. Het dorpje op loopafstand heel erg leuk. Veel tavernas en winkeltjes en toch nog kleinschalig en gezellig. Achter het huis is op 5 min lopen een prachtige baai. De hosts zijn erg aardig en heel behulpzaam
