We had a wonderful relaxing week. The large pool was a highlight for us and the location was ideal for enjoying a short drive to evening meals on the harbour. We were touched and grateful to receive a bottle of rose wine from our host.

Detail of cleanliness poor. Water pressure non existent.Pool was not cleaned as scheduled.Location was excellent. Very quiet and private.

Bardzo urocze i klimatyczne miejsce. Cisza i pełny relaks. Przemili i uczynni gospodarze, ktorym należą się dodatkowe podziękowania za sympatyczny gest. Pogoda i bliskość ciepłego morza rownież nie bez znaczenia. A very charming and atmospheric place. Silence and complete relaxation. Very nice and helpful hosts, who deserve additional thanks for their nice gesture. The weather and the proximity of the warm sea are also important.

Lovely location but house needs updating.

The house is very roomy with good sized bedrooms and huge outside space and good pool. Very quiet and secluded. However, the house is tired and the kitchen in particular needs complete refurbishment. Also cleaning was poor with crumbs and dropped food still on the worktops. Coffee maker still had the last dirty filter in place. Worktop sealant breaking up and very dirty, consequently ants everywhere when we arrived. Also bathrooms need thorough cleaning and updating with mould around bath sealant. Kitchen equipment is haphazard. Five frying pans only one saucepan! Overall lovely house somewhat let down by the detail. Although, the house manager John is charming.

All the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and other amenities were perfect. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. Very comfortable and relaxed holiday, exactly what we needed. We are very satisfied that we booked this villa for our holiday and we definitely will book it again. We really enjoy our stay there. Thanks a lot!

The villa was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The housekeeping ladies visited us 2 times during our stay and kept the villa spotless changing the bed linens and towels. Fabulous outdoor space with an amazing pool and good sunbeds. It is located in a very convenient location. Just a 1-minutes drive to the beach. We also liked their tavernas and local wines as well. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Villa Christia Maris is very peaceful. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining area outside. We go to the beach every day and already visited Latsi Beach and Polis Beach as well. There are nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. We try some of the specialties which are really tasty. Amazing holiday!

It was a great villa and we are glad that we were able to stay there. The villa had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. Definitely, we will go again.

Mediocre

Tired Villa, in need of updating and a bit grubby. A close neighbours cockerels and dogs liked to wake us up in the early hours of the morning around 3 AM. We had heavy rain for several days which leaked through the lounge ceiling. On a positive note the owner John was very welcoming and helpful.

Perfecte locatie voor relaxte vakantie

Zowel de ligging, indeling van het huis, alsmede de voorzieningen, zoals ruime parkeerplaats, grote tuin, zwembad en veel privacy maken dit huis een geweldig vakantiehuis. Een auto is een must, maar dan kun je wel fijne uitstapjes maken in de omgeving. De eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijke man en komt geregeld handdoeken en beddengoed verschonen. Kortom, rust, ruimte en een praktisch fijn familiehuis. Een absolute aanrader!

Very dated, overpriced stay

We arrived around 11pm and followed the link sent my the letting agent to find the property. Over an hour later we had no option but to telephone the owner in the early hours. The pin on the map was nowhere near the property location. Not the best start when you are tired and just want to check in to your property. The accommodation standard was very low, I would say 2* at best. The property is in need of a serious refurb, 1970s. My family stayed in property about 5 minutes away, they paid less than us and there property was amazing, modern, well equipped. The kitchen provided the bare minimum and little matched and not many of things, eg. 4 glasses! Family of 5... The fridge was tiny and didn't lend itself to store much, safe with the freezer. The microwave was yellow due to its age. No dishwasher which when ants is a problem didn't help. I have never washed as many pots, you needed to wash them to avoid ant infestation and also because there weren't enough pots to leave dirty pots. The shower in the bathrooms are poor. You have to practically stand over the taps to be able to stand under the shower head. The pressure was extremely poor too. To the point that the children used the outdoor shower by the pool as the pressure and position of the shower head was far better. The air con in the main bedroom was extremely noisy, again, probably in need of an upgrade. Pool area was lovely. Owner of property was extremely obliging and helpful. Only 5 mins from Latchi so property location was good. Shame about the standard of the property.

I cant say enough about Villa Christia Maris and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Latchi were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a short driving distance from the villa and the sea is only 10 minutes walk away. Latchi is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. During our stay there we visited Polis, Neo Chorio, and Argaka and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Paphos. Most of our time we spend at Yiannakis and Asprokremmos beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Christia Maris which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the secluded location of Latchi it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, tavernas, bars...We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. While there we visited Polis, Argaka, and Agia Marina a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Latsi and Paralia tou "Ttakka" beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Latchi were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Neo Chorio and Polis. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We had the most amazing time in this villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close(10 min walking), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Cyprus and would definitely recommend Villa Christia Maris!

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool and on the terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Polis and Neo Chorio are ( both reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive). The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The whole process couldnt have been easier from booking and paying online detailed instructions on finding the villa a clean and well-presented property. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area outside was great for al fresco dining. Villa also has a well set out and very family-friendly pool. My girlfriend and I hired a boat for five days circumnavigated the island twice, visited Latchi, Paphos, and Coral Bay, and explored the caves and beaches of the west coast and the tavernas in Latchi, we tried really tasteful local specialties there. While on the way to Coral Bay we stopped and visited the Baths of Aphrodite.Recommend to visit! Latchi is simply a delightful place to relax in if you want clear water natural beauty, low-key entertainment, great traditional food-friendly locals and to get away from it all, and its worth the effort to get there. I cant wait to go back as one week was nowhere near enough.

Wonderful place, very private and quiet even though you’re in the immediate reach of Latchi Harbour with its beach bars and Restaurants. A lot of lovely places to visit and things to do for fun. If you want a nice quiet day beside the pool, you will be in the right place! For sure we’ll be back!
