Spacious apartment which is very well equipped. Excellent location in close proximity to beach, restaurants and old town harbour.Our only issued was that we arrived at 11.am and had to wait until 4pm for check-in with no facility to leave luggage.

Despite the reasonable price, Jardines is not worth staying at. Its only redeemable aspect was the proximity to Playa Chica. The apartment itself showed little sign of being cleaned between tenants, with dirty sheets and pillows with visible stains, wet utensils in the cupboard and remnants of previous occupants belongings under the bed. As well as this, listed amenities, such as the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, was broken, and the freezer was frozen shut in places. Additionally, on the first evening we were locked out for two hours despite the host saying he would have the issue fixed within half an hour. The apartment generally felt incredibly unclean and worn out, jardines needs significant updating.

Stay in Lanzarote

Perfect location with lots of shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The unit was ok. Beds were comfortable. Took some getting used to with no windows in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Also, there was no dishcloths for washing dishes and there were only 2 part rolls of toilet paper for 4 people and no beach towels. A few amenities like soap for the bathrooms, paper towels, salt and pepper would have been nice. We left behind soap, salt and pepper and some paper napkins for the next guests.

Un séjour sympa

Hébergement très bien situé : à 200m d'une superbe plage et les commerces sont tout près. Hébergement agréable. Petit défaut : il manque des ustensiles de cuisine et quelques plats, notamment pour le four. Très bonne réactivité de l'organisme de location. On a passé un super séjour.

Decepcionante, incómodo, no vale lo que cuesta

El apto. estaba sucio en las partes que no estaban a primera vista. Una de las habitaciones es ciega (sin ventana), y la otra casi, ya que es una ventana de madera que no se puede abrir; todo ello debería indicarse en la descripción, pero no. El apto. se oferta con plaza de aparcamiento, pero resulta que no la tiene, y es muy dificil encontrar sitio para aparcar. Lo peor fue que (a) uno de los aparatos de aire acond. hacía un ruido ensordecedor (de manera que no se podía usar, y el problema era perfectamente conocido por la propiedad, y aún así lo alquilaron), y (b) había fugas de agua en los dos baños, una de ellas obligó a cortar el agua, ¡estuvimos sin agua 24 horas!, algo increíble (todavía estamos esperando una compensación, no se les ha ocurrido). En general, el apto. es bastante antiguo en casi todo, pero el precio sí lo tienen bien actualizado como sí fuera nuevo.

There was some cockroaches and the shower door would not close properly in fact all handles covers need replacing also the screws are falling out of the patio door

Clean and great lication

The lication is perfect. Walking distance to everything, but not part of the tourist strip. Balcony has a view of the garden path and a bit of an ocean view. Clean and spacious enough for 4 to 5 adults.
