Villa Casa Huerta 125 for 6 people

Casa Huerta 125 is a spacious and cosy holiday home that combines the freedom of a villa with the high quality-price ratio of an apartment in the centre of Pollensa. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms surrounded by the most modern amenities for truly relaxing holidays. Thanks to its patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and a wide range of restaurants within short distance, no car is needed!



The entrance leads to a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen next to the living room, new and equipped, has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Next to the living room there is a dining table to enjoy meals. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, there is a room where you can rest quietly reading a book, next to the room, there are 3 rooms in total. They are respectively a double room with 1 double bed, a double room with two single beds and a room with 2 single beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.



In the exterior, one of the most unique characteristics of Casa Huerta 125 is the beautiful private courtyard with a swimming pool. Equipped with a dining table and gas barbecue, it is the perfect place to enjoy Mallorca's temperate climate throughout the summer while enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner.



The house has a bicycle garage.



Timed A/C from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Laba atrašanās vieta - pastaigas attālumā no centra, klusa un mierīga apkārtne, kaut gan ar auto stāvvietu var būt sarežģīti - grūti atrast brīvu vietu. Ļoti nepatika divguļamās gultas matracis - ļoti neērts, arī segas bija savādas - tāda sajūta, ka ir iepirkts pēc iespējas lētākais un vienkāršākais aprīkojums. Otrajā dienā otrā stāva vanasistabā parādījās kanalizācijas smaka - tā smaka palika visas atlikušās dienas.

La casa esta genial. Los muebles son de alta calidad. Es muy espaciosa esta reformada con mucho gusto y la piscina tiene acabados de mucha calidad y un tamaño adecuado La agencia dejais mucho que desear. En el checkin ofreceis aparcamiento y despues es de bicicletas y ademas.os parece coŕrecto. Os importa poco quedar mal ademas el material de bienvenida es ridiculo. Es mejor que no pongais nada quedareis mejor!!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Pollenca ist ein schönes Örtchen mit tollen Restaurants und ein paar Geschäften. Die Unterkunft haben wir nur zum schlafen genutzt, ich empfand die Betten als recht hart. Die anderen Gäste hatten keine Probleme damit. Den Außenbereich habe ich mir etwas schöner vorgestellt, die untere Etage war recht dunkel. Man sollte bedenken, dass die Straßen sehr schmal sind und man sich besser ein kleines Mietauto zulegt. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit in dieser Unterkunft.

A Very Nice House.

This is a recently modernised town house, about 10 minutes walk from the centre. The furnishings are good quality and the kitchen is well equipped. The property was very clean and spacious and some items , such as extra toilet rolls, mini soaps and bin bags had been left for us. We appreciated the large bottle of water in the fridge. The small pool was clean and served us well to cool off, although I would recommend a handrail of some description to assist getting in and out ( I am in my 70's but my daughter also commented on the lack of a handrail .) Pollensa is a lovely town and we would certainly return to this property. Communication with Easy Villas was very good overall. Thank you. The kettle may need replacing, it didn't turn off automatically and if you fill with water more than a third full, the water leaks from the bottom of the kettle. See comment about pool hand rail.

A hidden Gem

A beautiful open plan apartment with so much stylish space in a great and authentic location. The 2 outdoor terraces were great and nice to have a gas bbq. Excellent storage for hired bikes too. Easy access to town and the bus stops etc. The kettle was broken and would not switch off. The kitchen bin also needs repair. Occasional funny smell from the upstairs bathroom.

Beautiful house with nice pool area in good location, ideal for relaxation.

Casa Horta was an ideal place to relax after a day on the beach with 3 bedrooms and a large open-plan living/kitchen/dining area that is connected to to outside pool and deck with BBQ and lawn chairs. Only a few minutes walk to the center of town and a free public parking area which was very handy as parking is very scarce and the streets quite narrow. The only downfall was the constant horrible smell coming from the toilet drains, specially the downstairs toilet which is vented straight out into the outside launch chair area and made it unbearable at times to sit there. Also quite uncomfortable double mattress and very poorly stacked - only 1 roll of toilet paper, no condiments, spices, paper towels.....

Schönes Stadthaus in Pollensa

Das Haus ist schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ebenso die Lage innerhalb des Ortes war super. Unkomplizierte Anreise durch Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselsafe. Obwohl ich im Vorfeld gebeten hatte, über Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung informiert zu werden, fanden im Nachbarhaus Bauarbeiten mit Lärm statt. Die Toiletten im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock hatten einen unangenehm Geruch.
