Villa Las Palmitas sits on a secluded 8,000m2 plot with superb sea views. In addition it features mature gardens, home to over 60 mature palm trees. This large holiday rental villa has an electrically heated swimming pool. Its depth is 1.25m to 1.65m and has built in steps for easy access. It also has a children’s pool which is shallow.

The contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright, airy and cool feeling throughout. The spacious and comfortable living room has doors onto the terrace, plenty of room to sit, relax and entertain, it also has a fireplace and there is a dining room for eight people.

The fully fitted white kitchen, also has doors to the terrace and comes complete with oven / hob / grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is also a games room with table tennis table, TV, DVD, free to view TV channels, i-pod docking station and a selection of board games. There is a good free wifi connection, for those looking to stay in touch.

All bedrooms at Villa Palmitas have ceiling fans and sea views. The master suite has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower/wet room, twin sinks, bath and a hairdryer. There is a further double and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, which share a full family bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room. There is a separate guest cloakroom.

Outside, enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the mature gardens and sea views from the covered terrace, featuring a Jacuzzi / hot tub, gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for eight.
