Nice area

Nice location, spacious but needs some TLC. Could use some more fans to help circulate the air. No AC and got warm at night.

My family and I enjoyed our stay there. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for a family of four. It's also in a great location and close to everything. It was a bit difficult lugging all our luggage to the fouth floor so you may want to keep that in mind before packing for the trip. Some people may appreciate having a coffee maker, though my son and I enjoyed walking around and trying all the great local coffee shops. I learned to love their flat whites!! The only other negative that really isn't a refection on the owner is it's an old property so the floors creak. I was getting told I was waking up my wife and older son as they sleep late and I'm an early riser, but it's impossilbe to walk anywhere without hearing the loud creaking noise. Also keep in mind there is no AC. For most of our stay this wasn't an issue and the temp was very pleasant and my wife even complained the apartment was much colder inside than out. However, our last two days the temp outsidewas 88F and 93F and it was miserable trying to sleep those two days. I would think the property would at least benifit from a couple of fans. Overall though this property is a great find for the price and location!

La primera impresión a lo mejor no gusta esta al lado del Duero, en zona portuaria, en zona antigua. El bloque es antiguo típico de Oporto, el apto está bien. A nosotros, supongo q por despiste no nos dejaron fundas de almohada, pero el resto bien. Cer a de todo. No parking cerca

Franchement, le séjour dans cet appartement, c’est très bien passé Équipe à l’écoute propreté, espace deux belles chambres, un grand salon avec deux lits superposés, cuisine, salle à manger le top quoi en plus l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre-ville de Porto, pas très loin du centre, pas très loin du du duro bien desservi par les Transport. Possibilité de garer sa voiture en bas de l’immeuble, je conseille
