Casa della Verona is a very elegant and design apartment a few steps from the Opera House La Fenice, in a strategic position to reach the main cultural attractions of Venice in a few minutes.

The entrance opens onto a large living room furnished with large tufted sofas where you can spend a pleasant evening with friends. The space then opens into the sumptuous dining room with beautiful windows overlooking the canal.

The kitchen is well equipped and equipped with all comforts.

The two bedrooms are decorated in burgundy and blue colors with very comfortable double beds and each adjacent to a bathroom.

On request it is possible to equip the sofa bed to accommodate two more people.

Accomodating

Host was very accommodating and offered additional space after confusion about number of persons in our group. Apartment was clean and consistent with booking. Would definitely return if and when able.

Great Location

Our stay was so nice in Venice! The location was perfect- half way between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The apartment was cool and easy to get into. It had a nice coffee maker and nice large bathrooms with large working showers (a rarity in Europe)! There were plenty of cafes and restaurants very close too.

Great location

This was a great location. Lots of cafes within 5 min walking distance. The apartment had lots of room and was very comfortable. The key manager was very helpful in providing information and helping us check in.

Family with 3 boys

The apartment is very large and comfortable for a group with children although I was a little anxious with the kids playing around delicate pieces of art and glassware. It is conveniently located near many attractions including the vaporetto, Rialto bridge, San Marco Square as well as many restaurants and stores. There is an affordable grocery store located very close as well as a great cafe around the corner which we frequented quite often. I would definitely recommend this apartment and use it again. The only downside is it can be a little bit of a hassle to get to upon arriving to Venice especially if you have lots of luggage and there are several flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Nice place

Nice place and beautiful view of a canal. The only thing could've been better is to have hand soap in bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place and come back to it

Fantastic Appartment & Location

Located in the heart of Venice, the appartment is amazing absolutely everything you could ask for. The Host Federico was great with really good communication prior to arrival giving us options on the best way to arrive. If you want to do it in style book a water taxi from the airport and ask the driver to drop you at "Rio Tera Degli Assassini" just steps away from the appartment. There is also a great little cafe called Brasilia ME NU a few yards away from the appartment if you want anything from, breakfast, cakes, sandwich, wine beer etc. Frederico very kindly offered us a breakfast box a company was trying out which was not bad value for money a great idea for your 1st morning in Venice. The appartment is only 7 minutes from Rialto Bridge providing you don't get distracted and lost down the many side street canals. It is also about 10 minutes to San Marco. Overall I can highly recommend Calle Della Madonna we would definitely stay there again absolutely brilliant. Federico will show you all the places to visit on a map, eat and drink, when you check in, he could not be more helpful. Go on book with confidence you will have an amazing time.

Loved Casa Della Verona!

Great experience from start to finish; timely responses from the owner when needed, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Definitely recommended for anyone looking in the San Marco district!

If you want we would like to spend some time with you to tell you about the city and maybe give you some advice on things to see, the most hidden places and maybe some nice restaurants where you can taste the traditional Venetian cuisine.
