Location: in the heart of Venice, visit Saint Mark's Cathedral, Saint Mark's Bell tower, Moors' Clocktower, Bacino Orseolo, Museo Correr, Biblioteca Marciana, Ducal Palace, Bridge of Sighs. Tipical & fine dining restaurants (check out the apt guide here on Airbnb!), shops of the most famous fashion brands all around! (Cartier shop 5mt, LouisVuitton 10mt, Fendi 15 mt, Prada 20mt, Gucci 150mt....)

150 sqm about; top central, sunny, very charming historical centre, third floor (USA fourth floor), stairs / no elevator, no problem of 'acqua alta' (high tide).

This apt was by far the best apt we stayed at during our visit to Italy! We only stayed one day, but I wish it was more for the apt itself and the surroundings in Venice, we had the best time in the area, all the shopping and restaurants were fantastic! Easy check in, communication with owner was very pleasant, This will always be our place when we come to visit again!

Superior location and comfort!

Great location and clean, comfortable apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Communication with the host was easy and they provided wonderful and accurate information! Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful and GREAT location to everything! Host was great! Definitely would recommend!!! Be ready for several flights of stairs! Would use again!

Wonderful apartment with great A/C and spacious, comfortable bedrooms and kitchen/living rooms.

This is a great property for a family of four (or more) -- three full bedrooms all with queen beds and wonderful A/C after a hot day of walking around. It's location is convenient to the Eiffel Tower, but is a little bit dodgy otherwise. It's also 95 steep steps up to the apartment, so understand this before you book -- it's worth it, but if you struggle at all with stairs/stamina you should really consider this factor. Absolutely great host in terms of support/communications.

We were 4 adults plus a baby. And as requested a travel cot was provided. Lovely apartment, cool and very quiet considering the location. There is no lift and with a 1 year old baby and buggy, + cases it was quite a feat! You must be fit! There was one night a terrific thunderstorm and in the morning we found some rainwater had come through the closed windows. Quickly mopped up. Just one small recommendation. There were only 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels provided. Not enough for a group of 5, as we were. I would definitely stay here again as the location is first class.
