Thank you Joan for your detailed review of the property and for raising some issues that certainly would be of interest to potential guests. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people and has 3 bathrooms . One of which is what is called a Jack and Jill bathroom and is shared between two bedrooms . So at full occupancy two couples would potentially be sharing a bathroom . In this shared bathroom there are two hooks opposite the shower which can take two towels each however the 2 horizontal chrome radiators along the back wall of the bathroom are really intended for hanging and drying your towels . Please do not leave wet towels in the bedrooms . The smaller of the two viking ovens can be used for heating left overs. There is no plan to install a microwave . To access the apartment there is in fact an external stone stairway leading to the property that consists of 2 flights of exactly 15 steps not the approximately 10 as I had mentioned in our correspondence . So a total of 30 not 20 ( not sure where you keep getting 12 from) . For future guests where as we do help you with your luggage into the apartment remember Venice is a pedestrian town with many bridges so if you have severe mobility issues you might need to think about visiting . I can assure you though that both the apartment and Venice are beautiful and worth the effort .
