After reading some rather negative reviews, our expectations were low.

Better than some of the reviews. Clean, enough space for 4 adults in good location

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were spacious and inviting, and the kitchen had the essentials.

After reading all the negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. However, it was difficult to unload and pick up luggage as there is no parking near the unit. We were 4 senior citizens with replacement joints and lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was difficult and not anticipated. We also did not know how to get in to the apartment. You must pick up the keys at a separate location which is cumbersome when there is no where to park the car. The unit was in a good location and quite adequate for 4 adults. Beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen seemed to be adequate, but we did not cook.

One of the beds, the bed sheets, pillows and duvet cover had several strands of hair and make up on them. Dirt in the sheets at the foot of the bed. Called host and they did come and left sheets for us but no pillow cases and one of the new sheets had blood stains on it. We changed the sheets to find blood stains and torn mattress. I was ok with the dirty bathroom mirror. But one of the showers had a plugged drain and the shower filled in about 2 minutes and left you standing in about an inch of dirty water from the plugged drain. We called host and received a voicemail which we left a message about the shower. Would not recommend, the shower was more disgusting than the dirty bedding.

Great location, minimalist, could be cleaner

Great for the price. Great kitchen. Could use another loveseat in kitchen/dining area. Gentleman at check in was lovely. Could use more cleaning

The host did not send check in information - it took a long wait on hold to finally learn that we needed to go to another location to get our keys. I also figured this out by going to the flat and seeing the signage on the door, they could have told us this.- Once I arrived the door handle and lock was half unscrewed from the door, I needed to screw it back in by hand.- In the main bedroom, there were food crumbs on both the nightstands. I wiped these up. - In the hallway, there were muddy footprints that I wiped up.- In the second bedroom, there was dirt on the throw blanket and once we stripped the bed, the pillows were stained with brown splotches.Super disappointed given the cost for this flat.

Cleaning staff under the pump?

Apartment was spacious and light. There were only two seats in the lounge - odd for a two bedroom. When we arrived, there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms. The guys came really quickly with more, so very responsive and friendly. Later noticed dust bunnies and crumbs on the floor and there were no bath mats, so I think there may have been a cleaning interuption.

Despite paying for our stay 7 months ago, the host never reached out with check in instructions. It took us several hours to find different accommodations for the 4 of us. It was a terrible experience!

Scottish break

Tout etait ok. Point 1 : bien suivre les directives a l'arrivee (les cles sont un peu plus loin dans un établissement partenaire) Point 2 : le stationnement est toléré iniquement la nuit. Mefiance (un parking payant est present a proximité)
