Giuliana's house is a harmonious independent holiday home with a private and fenced garden.
An enchanting corner of greenery set next to the historic center of Lugnano in Teverina, in an open and panoramic position.
The garden with attention to the smallest details offers an outdoor hydromassage tub, barbecue and ornamental plants that make it a picture where the guest is the protagonist.
Surrounding it is a town of around two thousand inhabitants which offers all the essential services as well as splendid landscape views.

The house is on two levels connected by an internal staircase, and is made up of two double bedrooms, with a double bed upstairs next to the kitchen with fireplace, and two single sofa beds, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
It also has parking for one car right in front of the entrance, on the street.
Ideal for couples of friends or families that like also walking, the strategic position given its proximity to the historic center and the countryside which can be reached by walking in a few minutes in both.

A few hundred meters away you can reach the municipal swimming pool, all services including food and restaurants.
