Wonderful hosts, great communication, enjoyed cozy and clean apartment. Close proximity to beautiful churches, we could hear church bells ring, We walked from train station to apartment. Water taxis, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and shopping are all close by. Thanks so much for everything. We had a wonderful time!!!

Nice stay in a perfect location

We had a great stay in Venice. The appartment was exactly as described and the communication with Eugenio was perfect and helpful. We can really recommend the appartment to anybody looking for a place in Venice.The location near the train station made it easy to get a Vaporetto to any destination in Venice.

Eugenio was very communicative and kept us up to date prior to arrival and came to meet us briefly while there. Apartment was great location to train and bus station. A little further away from touristy area but for us moving around with luggage that was a better option so quick to get to apartment from train station. Great time in VeniceThank you for sharing your space.

Perfect location near train station

This 3-bedroom apartment is perfect for a family with a convenient location. Everything was great, although I would recommend your own pillow (very hard).

Ideal location

We couldn’t have found a better location and loved all the space. My only suggestion for improvement would be a helpful list of instructions for garbage, running the appliances, how to use the air conditioning etc.

Vittorio was a great host

The property was spacious and had a beautiful view. There was everything we needed in the surrounding neighborhood. Quick train access to Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento. The check in process was easy, directions were great. I would stay here again.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Great location! We spent 3 days in Venice. The apartment’s location was easy to access from the bus and train station. Rooms were clean and cozy even during a wet winter week. Good restaurants nearby too! Vittaro had amazing food. Beautiful views of the city too.

Wonderful home!

Convenient

This apartment is very clean and has everything you need just like at your home. Closed to train station and the main walking street. Close to food market so that you can buy your own foods to cook.

Great location

This was a wonderful location for our stay in Venice. Rooms were great. It does have only one bathroom, which worked for us, but if you have 7 people can be challenging at times. Host was responsive when we had an issue with the hot water and it was fixed fairly quickly.

Marvellous flat

The flat is marvellous: It is located in a small side street in the middle of Venice. It is quiet, in very good condition, absolutely clean, spacious and very cosy with the kitchen-living room in the middle. The beds were absolutely comfortable. Everything was just right; we had a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Pictures are accurate. Easy access to property with elevators and AC in every room. Location is excellent near train station and bus terminals. Communication with the owners / managers was excellent

Easy, clean, spacious!

Easy walk from the train station or airport bus stop. Close to all transportation or quick walk to major sites. Large rooms with light and clean! Host was quick to respond and helpful. Cafe, restaurants nearby and a nice quiet street.

Loved it

This was our favorite apartment in Italy! Super convenient and quiet location next to the train station, comfortable flat with natural light, well equipped kitchen, and very responsive host. It was also nice and warmly heated for our cold December visit. Very comfortable for our family of 5.

Perfect in every way

Spacious, clean and well-resourced. Perfect location beside train station and vaporetto station and grocery/pharmacy. Our family of four really enjoyed this apartment after days sharing hotel rooms. And access to a washer and clothes line was much needed and appreciated. Eugenio was thorough and prompt and a pleasure. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back here in the future.

Great Location, Very nice place

This place exceeded our expectations - by alot!! It is a very spacious, very clean apartment. Had all the kitchen pots, pans, utensils we needed and more. I cannot say enough positive things about the location too. We arrived by train, left by bus & used the "boat busses" to get around. This place is a very easy walk to all of these - with luggage in tow. View of rooftops & church bell is nice too. Hosts were easy to work with and accomodated our needs. Would definately stay here again.

Nice place in PERFECT location

This is a very nice place to stay in Venice. The best thing is the location - within 5 minute walk of great restaurants and shopping, the train station, Plazza Roma (where all auto tours depart), a well-stocked grocery, water taxi, and the ACTV (public boat transport). Can even walk to Rialto (20min) or St Marks (30min), or can use the ACTV (easy). Layout is nice - 3 good size bedrooms. Decent kitchen, although no coffee maker (we walked around the corner each morning for coffee). Bathrooms not great - only one toilet between the two and the shower is marginal at best (hot water inconsistent). Having the lift was key as otherwise something like 80 stairs up the four floors. Check-in and check-out seamless and the hosts communicated well. Having a laundry machine was a real plus - we used it several times in our 9-day stay and hung the clothes to dry on a rack in one of the bedrooms (or can hang out a window). It was a bit loud at times between the restaurant downstairs and the church bells next door, but not a big deal. Air conditioning worked very well. Good Wi-Fi. Very clean and felt very safe. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent for families with little kids

Lots to like: * Close to the train station. Don't have to haul luggage over bridges to get here * Ferrovia vaporetto (water bus) station is just outside and most lines run through it * Short walk to Piazzale Roma to take the bus to the airport, though there's a bridge with steps you'll have to cross * Love that there are toys and books to keep kids busy during downtime * Mini-split A/C in each bedroom and kitchen! Huge comfort in the heat Some points that could be good or bad: * You can see and hear the bell tower ringing from the bedrooms. Our kids loved watching it (one would instantly wake up and bolt over to look) though it'd wake them up early from their sleep. Rings at 7:15am most days * Occasional loud yelling in the street until 10:30am, but afterwards it's very quiet. If you plan on sleeping early and wake easily, this might be a problem Some negatives: * There's mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls, likely from the lack of vents in either one. There are windows that can be opened, but we didn't want to let mosquitos in as there are no nets * The walls weren't very clean (e.g. mosquito corpses, black smudges) * The cleaning lady left a window open (to air out the place after cleaning I guess) but it probably let in some mosquitos as we got bit a couple of times until we got rid of them (I became quite the mosquito killer during our stay) * The shower or sink in that bathroom leaks. The rug inside the bathroom is almost always wet in the top left corner

Nous avons aimé séjourner dans ce grand appartement bien équipé. Nous avons en particulier apprécié la luminosité et l’espace des pièces principales, la vue sans vis-à-vis sur les toits de l’église Santa Maria di Nazareth, la présence d’un ascenseur et la localisation de l’appartement, à proximité de tous les services de transports. Pour l’arrivée, nous avons été guidés uniquement par échanges Whatsapp et récupéré les clés dans une boîte à clés.
