The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven/grill, 5 ring gas hob with wok ring, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso Vertuo machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with Smart TV with Sky Q package and Netflix including Sport and Movies, Blu Ray DVD player with selection of DVDs, BOSE Sound Touch system and a PS3 with selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with a Smart TV with Sky Q and en-suite shower room, and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) with a Smart TV and DVD player. A cot and highchair are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing patio with furniture, a rear, enclosed seawrd facing terrace with furniture, a shared, seaward facing garden with furniture and barbecue, and off-road gated parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
