This property = two independent studios, each with it`s own kitchen, bath, bed, dining area, and sofa. They are joined by the extra large 20m2 terrace with sitting area, 2 tables, 2 sunbeds.
Children may not occupy a studio by themselves.

Imagine waking up to the sight of the sea, and watching the fisherman boats on the horizon without leaving your bed.

Snuggle a bit longer watching the sky turn from pink to blue. What could be better than a cup of coffee at sunrise on the terrace? Enjoy the view from Malaga to Gibraltar and over the Moroccan coast.

Choose your favourite spot on this incredible terrace and unwind for the day. You deserve it!

Downstairs through the gardens, find the gate to the dunes and beach.

Most months of the year, you can hire sun-beds and parasols, or have a massage under a shady gazebo enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves.

All year round you can enjoy the weather and ocean views while dining on a waterfront terrace at a chiringuito restaurant, there are many to choose from a short walk away.

Come home to enjoy the spectacular sunset from your gorgeous private terrace.

Very well maintained

From the pictures where no building is seen between the apartment and the sea, I thought it would be a first line beach apartment. However, this is not the case. There are more apartments in the property which are closer to the sea. But given the fourth floor, the sea views are awesome anyway and it is still possible to hear the waves. It must not be easy to keep the apartments so clean with all the sand we bring from the beach… I appreciate it. One very nice thing is that there is no noise between the two apartments. May be the walls are soundproof and so privacy is maintained when needed, in spite of the common terrace. What I liked least: parking and elevators. There is no place for all the cars to park into the property and also, given the high number of neighbors, the limited number of lifts in the property. If one fails, there is no alternatives but stairs. But I should say that when it failed, it was relatively quick fixed even on Sunday. Best beach around: Artola & Cabopino.

Perfect little stay

Our first time in Marbella was made even more fabulous by our stay in these apartments. Perfect location, facilities and the view was absolutely superb! The cleanliness of the rooms on arrival was exceptional and everything smelt lovely. We loved sitting out on the fantastic terrace at all times of the day and evening. We will definitely return!!

Property fulfilled our requirements easily. There were no gaps in the facilities provided which have been clearly thought through and planned. The set up of the apartments suited our needs with separate accommodation but shared balcony with an excellent view to the sea.Planning to use the property next year if available

Heerlijke zon-zee-strand vakantie!

Met ons gezin met twee tieners van 13 en 15 hebben wij twee weken het appartement gehuurd. Ligging is fantastisch, zeker als je van het strand houdt; je loopt het gebouw uit en je staat op het strand. Ook zijn er een aantal heerlijke zwembaden in de tuinen met voldoende ligbedden. Daarnaast hebben we verscheidene uitstapjes met onze huurauto gemaakt naar leuke stadjes in de buurt. Maar er is veel meer te doen, getuige ook de zeer goede en bruikbare gids met aanbevelingen van de verhuurder. Verder heerlijke restaurants in de buurt en supermarkt op loopafstand. Het was heerlijk!

Traumhafter Blick direkt am Meer

Die Apartments sind frisch renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben von morgens bis abends vom Bett, Sofa und der Terrasse einen sonnigen Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Es fehlt an nichts, Check-In und Betreuung laufen easy und problemlos. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist wunderschön und nicht zu toppen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Appartement
