Newly renovated 4 bed villa with pool, aircon, walk into Nice port and promenade

Wonderful holiday property in exclusive Mont Boron residential area, views over to Nice. Large pool and great outdoor surrounding space with lounge area, sun loungers and table and chairs. Interior has been completely renovated with open plan living and air conditioning through-out the villa, including bedrooms.
Amazing location, walking distance to restaurants, seaside, cafes, shops....
Villa Vue Nice is such a great holiday property, set in a little oasis in Nice.

The property is completely fenced, providing a private garden and outdoor space in which to enjoy the gorgeous weather.
The pool area is on the lower level. The pool is wide, kidney shape design, which is perfect for swimming and playing water games. There is a tiled terrace surrounding the pool with several sun loungers on which to relax.
The remaining garden on this level is grass and mostly flat making it a great place to play badminton or other games.
A shaded terrace, attached to the villa, has lounge furniture and provides a great place to relax out of the sun. There are table and chairs for poolside meals.
The property has a private parking place; it is also possible not to hire a car due to it’s amazing location.
Villa Vue Nice has just been completely renovated inside with large living area and open views.
The first floor has modern tiles and floor to ceiling glass windows along 2 walls, which provides a wonderful open view towards Nice and beyond. There is lots of natural light for a bright living and dining space. There are also shades that can be lowered and which provide a soft natural lighting.
The living area opens onto a terrace with table and chairs. This all overlooks the pool and garden area below. You can access the lower garden and pool area from this terrace.
There is 1 double bedroom half a floor down from the living area. It has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom opens onto the side terrace and garden.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) which share a bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms open onto the side garden which leads to the pool and larger garden area.
The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool and garden. There is an ensuite bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living space.

Lovely Villa in Nice

This property was everything we had hoped for. The owner has refurbished to a high standard. There is aircon throughout which we needed in the height of summer. Lovely pool and ideally located for Nice or Villefranche. Lots of options for day trips or just as nice to lounge by the pool. It is a hilly area so would not suit anyone with mobility issues, that said Uber is always an option.

Summer Trip on Côte d’Azur

Travelled with my wife and 3 kids (12.13 and 17). Lise (host) was super helpful and communicative both before and during the trip. You can tell she really cares about the guest experience. The house is a short 10-15 minute walk down the hill to Nice and the port area. We felt very safe in the house. It’s a lovely neighborhood. The house is well appointed and is a real home from home. If anything we’d suggest more hangers, pillows and maybe a full length mirror in the master bedroom. The kids loved the pool area, playing in it every afternoon and most evenings. The living room is expansive and provides a beautiful view of Nice. The telescopes are a nice touch. Overall, if your looking for a homebase while you explore the Nice area then look no further.

Very Nice stay and beautiful newly Renovated house

Perfect and easy booking. The host Lise, was very kind and helpful and met us by the house. A small welcome package in the house- wine and chips- when we arrived. Lots of towels and nice beds and linen. Nice pool, although not heated. The pool man came when we arrived. Nice view of Nice. Bakery, butcher and supermarket nearby. Only minus was that some of the power went off, so we had the last 2 days with some lights off in the rooms. And one blind was stuck down. Other than that a very nice stay

Best vacation!

This place is the best bnb I rent so far! There is enough room for at least 8 people. Huge common area and the pool are outstanding! We didn't feel hot at all during the June weather in Nice, even with the A/C turned off. There is enough breeze to keep the house cool. The location is also quite perfect. Although it is situated at a higher elevation, walking to old town is only 15 mins away. You can also walk to a railway station in 20 mins. Lise is a super host. She greeted us at check-in and at check-out. She answered our questions right away. We can't ask for a better vacation!

Lovely villa in great location

Enjoyed a family holiday, 6 adults and a baby, in this lovely villa. Lise was an excellent host and very friendly. Our late arrival time was not an issue, she met us at the villa to show us round and explain how things like the shutters and blinds worked. When I contacted her to say that 1 AC unit was not working, she responded very promptly, and the problem was quickly resolved. The villa was well equipped with everything you could need, clean and spacious with AC throughout. All bed linen, towels and beach towels were provided as well as a travel cot and highchair. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas. It is in a great location on Mont Boron with amazing views and is about a 30 minute walk to both Nice old town and VilleFranche Sur Mer. It is a steep hill back up but there is a bus stop close by or a taxi for 20 euros. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

Loved it!

We had a great holiday at this home! We all stayed very comfortably- two families with a total of four children ages 1.5 to 5 years old. The location was perfect as we used the property as “home base” for daily excursions around Côte d’Azur. The pool was perfect for afternoon and early evening swims and play. Lise was an excellent host too. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Family House

We came to this property at the last minute as the other property we rented had malfunctioning air conditioning. This home offered everything we needed. The air conditioning was great and the pool and on site parking were an added bonus. The home is beautifully done with a modern kitchen. The house was recently updated and shows it. We used the home as our base to explore many towns along the French Riviera. We enjoyed coming “home” after a day of sightseeing and taking a dip in the pool. Wi-fi was great and there was great communication with the property manager. All and all we had a great stay!
