Great Family holiday

We had a memorable time at Villa-Finca. Our family of 4 were over from New Zealand and went with 7 members of family from the UK. The Villa was very spacious for all of us and the owners Pedro and Catalina were very friendly and helpful. We had four children ranging from ages 4-8 years in our group and the house was perfect for us, including the facilities. The kids spent most of the day in the pool, which was clean and warm and a good sized part of the pool was shallow and great for our youngest to play, while the remainder was deep enough for the bigger kids to use. Binissalem was a great area for us, being located in the middle of the Island so day trips to Alcudia, Santa Maria Markets and Soller Beach etc were straightforward by car. Thank you so much for a very special once in a lifetime holiday for our family. We would highly recommend the Villa to other families. The only issue we encountered was the rubbish disposal place down the road wouldn't accept our rubbish one day as we took the rubbish there in a different car to the first time we went. Pedro may have sorted this out now, but this is something to be mindful of.

wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und haben uns in dem Haus rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Draußen gab es mehrere großzügige Sitzmöglichkeiten – sowohl in der Sonne als auch überdacht – perfekt für jede Tageszeit. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Schlafzimmer befanden sich in der oberen Etage, während sich das Leben tagsüber vor allem unten abspielte. Die Außenfläche war riesig, mit viel Abstand zu den Nachbarn, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war der große Grill, den man mit Holzkohle nutzen konnte. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Besonders praktisch war auch die Außentoilette, sodass man nicht immer durchs Haus laufen musste. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung auch sehr gut. Die Gastgeber Pedro und seine Frau sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Für die Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, hatten wir auch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Eroski) wenige Autominuten in Binissalem, das Meer ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ich würde die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen. Einziger minus Punkt, dass man den Müll selber zur Müllstation bringen muss und der Herr dort den Müll nicht angenommen hat.

Wunderschöne Finka für die Großfamilie

Mit der erweiterten Familie haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort genossen. Gute Lage um mit dem Rennrad die Fahrrad Highlights der Insel zu erkunden.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in Binissalem! Das Grundstück ist super, es gibt alles was man braucht. Man hat draußen verschiedenste Sitzgelegenheiten, von der überdachten Terrasse über Lounge Möbel vorm Haus bis zu den Hängematten im Garten. Der Pool ist wunderschön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Auch im Haus ist es sehr geräumig, man kann gut an der großen Tafel im Esszimmer sitzen oder auf einer der drei Couches den Abend ausklingen lassen. Es gibt 4 Bäder, was für uns mit 12 Personen perfekt war. Auch die Zimmer waren alle super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einziges kleines Manko: Es ist oben sehr hellhörig - aber gut geschlafen haben wir trotzdem alle. Vom Haus aus kann man in circa 25 Minuten ins Örtchen Binissalem spazieren. Von dort geht auch der Zug nach Palma. Ansonsten kommt man mit dem Auto vom ruhig gelegen Grundstück in einer halben bis Stunde zu allen möglichen Ausflugszielen - der Burg Alaró, verschiedenen Buchten, Stränden und kleinen Örtchen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Alles war perfekt und hat super geklappt

Alles war perfekt und hat super geklappt. Der Inhaber der Finca spricht zwar nur spanisch aber mit Handy und Übersetzer geht alles :) Der Besitzer der Finca ist aber einfach spitze und total süß und hilfsbereit. Ganz toller Urlaub und nur zu empfehlen.
