IMPORTANT NOTES



All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms of the main house and common areas. The apartment has ceiling fans. It also has heating and, moreover, all air conditioning units have a heat pump.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2 per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
