Penthouse apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 5 people.

Cozy and very bright accommodation, it has a large 25 m2 terrace with views of the sea and the city. Terrace with outdoor dining area and sun loungers.



It has an elevator, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, outdoor parking in the same community building and subject to availability upon arrival, 1 television, washing machine and iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

-You can smoke only on the terrace.

Perfect location shame about the strong sewage smell

Location is great. The apartment needs a new canopy on the terrace! The extractor fan and lights above the hob don’t work. Some hanging space for clothes in the second bedroom would be useful.

Perfect location The check-in process, its too long and messy for a group. Eventually two of us checked in and wouldn&#39t allow the third personthe forth either. So what seemed like hours at home took two minutes at the office. Needs work

Great location and a very smart, modern property. Staff were friendly upon check in and made it easy a easy start to my trip away The sofa bed had food (Rice) from the previous guests which clearly hadn’t been cleaned so had to remove the protective bed cover and use a spare bed sheet. Wasn’t really a major issue though. The Bathroom is tight and small to which can easily flood with water from the shower however I appreciate that the Penthouse is apart of an apartment block.

Was geeat option & would go back.

Great location with bars & clubs nearby & beach right at the entrance. It was spacious along with a good sized balcony/roof top. Couple of sun beds as well as table & chairs. A bit picky but a coffee machine that used pods. It has a filter pot but it was messy slow & leaked causing a bit of a cleanup required. Having some basic items such as washing up liquid/sponges & tea towels could have been worthwhile. Never used the TV so have no comments on this.

la casa è molto carina anche se piccola ma la terrazza bellissima offre un soggiorno super nel periodo estivo , noi vivevamo praticamente in terrazza . Il bagno è davvero piccolo per piu' di 2 persone ma per qualche giorno di vacanza ci si adatta .La pulizia onestamente non era delle migliori quando siamo arrivati , soprattutto nel bagno sotto il lavandino c'erano pezzi di rotoli di carta igienica finita e nella doccia e sulle piastrelle c'erano dei capelli . La posizione è buona vicino a supermercati , ristoranti , spiaggia e bar . Mi sento di consigliare la struttura anche se il prezzo è un po' alto se si va in due persone ma in 4 persone che si conoscono bene è accettabile .
