The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location with amazing sea views

The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location with amazing sea views. The pool area was clean, the lifts worked well getting to and from the apartment. The beds in the main bedrooms wasn't very comfortable and a bit rickety, also the sofa bed in the lounge wasn't comfortable for my daughter to sleep on.

Hi, thank you for your review. It is not a charge on the card, it is a hold, that is to say that the blocked amount cannot be used until we release it. Then it is not a return after, it's a release so that you can use it. You must have it available. All the best

Great apartment for a short break

The location of the apartment was superb with great views over looking Levante Beach The main entrance was quite dark, could do with more lighting especially in the evenings.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location to access old and new town. It’s well equipped with amazing sea views. Returning the keys to the office prior to transfer is a bit incumbent when you have suitcases. Mattress on the sofa bed not great Shame some people visit Benidorm and behave inappropriately. Most have a fabulous time but some do spoil the good time vibe

Amazing and comfortable with incredible views

Perfect apartment, very clean and the view was incredible! Me and my friends would 100% book this again! The only issue we had was getting the keys initially as the office had a different address which was a good 5-10minute walk up the road away and caused confusion amongst us and our driver on arrival.

Hello Tracey! Thanks for taking your time to rate us, we really appreciate it. We are glad you enjoyed the location of our apartment. The beds and pillows are comfortable as any, in case you desire soft pillows we reccomend always to consult first before making a reservation if we dispose pillows as such you prefer. Regarding the kettle, if you had contacted with reception there could have a been a replacement programmed as we have plenty to lend. We always leave clear information about key collection details and property address so you can programm yourselves before coming. Either way, we're sorry this things resulted in inconveniences to your stay. We hope to see you soon!

Great value apartment

Location is perfect for everything, beach, restaurants, shops & bars, to wake up and sit with a cuppa looking out the window is simply beautiful, there is everything you need facility wise, the apartment is a good size, beds are ok and it's clean enough, having 2 bathrooms is brilliant. it could do with updating however this did not affect us in any way as the great price reflects the room . we had apartment 15E and would definitely go back. We never had to wait around for the lifts as there is 4 and the apartment is very secure, Key collection was simple and took literally 2 mins, very nice lady on desk in booking. Com office, thank you
