Wonderful Villa in peaceful complex

Wonderful peaceful holiday in a lovely villa. Communication from Ambra was 10/10 beginning to end. Ambra arranged private transfer to and from the airport for us and an early check-in. The villa was spotlessly clean and tastfully decorated. The complex itself is very quiet which was just what we wanted. It is a 6 minute walk from a couple of supermarkets that had everything we needed for the week. And it was a 7 minute walk from the Marina that had a good choice of bars and restaurants. The complex is right on the promenade but it is about an 18 minute walk to the white sand beaches in Playa Blanca. I will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family and will hopefully be returning!

Lovely stay

A lovely villa, just a few minutes from Rubicon Marina. The villa can feel warm at times but there’s a lovely breeze through it with the balcony doors open. My favourite spot was the front balcony looking towards the marina. Such a quiet spot to relax looking at the lights. Ambra was an amazing host with very prompt and helpful messages. We were very lucky to be able to have an early check in which was a fantastic start to our stay and we asked for a mid stay clean as a treat. The onsite pool is a nice addition and the villa is very close to it. It’s not heated so can feel rather fresh on entry but very enjoyable during our stay in hot weather. A very relaxing stay and I hope to return again in the future.

Lovely stay

What a lovely place. The place was welcoming and clean. We were even left some thoughtful extras (water, beers and chocolate). Everything we needed to self cater was provided and the location was spot on meaning we were able to walk to the Marina in about 5 - 10 mins, so we were able to enjoy a meal and drinks without having to drive or pay for a taxi. Communication with the owners was good and we were even able to check in to the accommodation early (probably because we arrived on a day that wasn't the usual changeover day). The owners also allowed us to book 11 days rather than the strict 1 or 2 week fixed arrival/departure days which shows how flexible they are. We had a super break and would not hesitate to recommend this place. Would love to return sometime in the future.

A great place to enjoy your holiday

The apartment is absolutely amazing. It is perfect for a family with 1 - 2 children. There is a lot of space, everything is clean and tidy, lovely decorated and you will not miss anything. We had the best time there and the surrounding is more than beautiful and very relaxing. Our hosts were so friendly and the contact was brilliant. A perfect holiday. I can highly recommend this location and love to come back as soon as possible. Thank you!!!

Lovely stay in a great property

What a lovely place to stay in Playa Blanca, very clean & all the comforts you’d need, a real home from home. Set in a very quiet road & a lovely 5 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. Any questions we had prior to our visit was answered quickly & precisely by the owners Celso & Ambra. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in our favourite holiday destination.

Perfect relaxation

We stayed there in early September, we were met at the property by a very friendly rep with the keys and shown around the property, super clean, spacious and modern accommodation with all mod cos. Great location within walking distance of all amenities, restaurants, beaches, old town. a super complex to relax at. Host was always contactable on WhatsApp if needed. Would highly recommend for a stress free and relaxing break.

If you are planning a quite & relaxed holiday this house will be the perfect match for you.
The complex is really quite, the house, it's fully furnished with everything you might need during your stay.
The surrounding area it's just peaceful.
150 Mt from the house you'll find the sea promenade which will lead you to the beach (10min walking), marina Rubicon (400 Mt).
