The place worked out well for us. We found a local supermarket and there was enough utensils etc in the kitchen to make a simple meal. The layout was a little strange and the dining room lights didn’t work. We liked the hot tub. The price was right for this rental property.

Website pictures don’t do justice!

The property is much nicer and more spacious than we thought from the photos. Plenty of private parking. Patio and seating outside. Two bathrooms, one has a spa bath which we made use of. Spacious utility room and all appliance instructions available. Highly recommended.

Lovely spacious property with all mod cons let down by mean provisioning ie no tea towels, no towels, a hunt high and low to find more bog roll, only one tablet for the dishwasher, no soap in both bathrooms. Luckily a large supermarket near by. You will be visiting it!

Perfect Choice for Christmas Getaway

The house was spotlessly clean, not just clean but smelt clean too. Lovely Christmas tree in the front room. Spacious dining room and table. Massive kitchen well stocked with essentials for making a proper traditional Christmas dinner. Best of all it was so peaceful and relaxing, just wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely come back again.

Lovely location

We have just returned from enjoying 2 weeks at this property. It was a lovely house, plenty of room and a lovely large kitchen. The beds were comfy and location is ideal for travelling up and down the east coast. Would highly recommend .

Very nice modern property on outskirts of Heacham in walking

Although on outskirts still within walking distance of beach and shops. Very nice bungalow with modern interior and nice furniture. Beds very comfy. Nice garden. We were lucky with weather but there is a tv and DVD player. Room for 3 cars off road. Everything we needed worked apart from bedside lamps which wasn’t a big deal. We took our own bedding and towels but the owner will supply for a fee. Nice place would return if in the area.

Could of been better

Unfortunately due to a descrepancy between the owner and what was on vrbo site we had issues over bedding & towels! This put a dampener on stay! Vrbo we’re not helpful but we came to an arrangement of sorts with owner That said the bungalow was lovely clean and in the perfect location for our needs.
