All bookings qualify for our Covid-19 Booking Protection Scheme which means we will allow you to reschedule your booking free of charge for available dates in the future if any of the following regulations occur: lockdown in Tenerife, lockdown in your home country, travel ban imposed by the authorities in your home country, travel ban imposed by the Spanish authorities or a red list imposed on Tenerife. If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. If you proceed and book this accommodation and it is looking like you may not be able to travel due to Covid-19 we would be happy to defer the final payment to a later date until the situation becomes more clearer. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

We offer this amazing front line detached 3 bedroom villa with private pool that sleeps 6. The major factor with the villa is its front line position and just meters away from the sea. The villa is all one level. The new modern kitchen was fitted April 2016. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and dining table and chairs that seats 6, you can seat 6 by bringing two chairs from the outside. The lounge offers ceiling fan and two sets of patio doors that lead onto the front terrace. Fibre optic wifi is available.

The spacious outside terrace sits above the sea with magnificent uninterrupted views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. There are two terraces one around the pool with 6 sunbeds and table and chairs which leads to the purpose built BBQ area with again seating for 6 persons. The manager lives close by and is on hand for any matters that may arise.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. We offer many villas in Callao Salvaje to rent, the area has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation, rejuvenation and in general offers an experience like no other that you will remember for a lifetime. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.
