Welcome to the
Tiziano Deluxe Suite at Delmirani's BookApartments! This modern two room apartment on the second floor accommodates 2 6 guests. Recently renovated with attention to detail, it offers a comfortable double bedroom and a living room with two 130cm wide sofa beds. The well equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom add to the modern appeal. Enjoy the private 12 sqm terrace with a stunning view of the dome of Saint Peter....



The proximity to station San Pietro is very convenient for the connection to and from the airport and Termini station. We have, however to inform you that the train passes close by and you might hear it from the apartment! Who is VERY sensitive to noise ...might feel bothered...

Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony parties are not allowed only booked persons are allowed to stay in the apartment silence from 22h to 7h on arrival the rental contract must be signed on arrival you have to pay the tourist tax of 3,50 à night à person (exempt children under 10 years old) there is the possibility to park on request on our property for 10 à night to be paid in cash on arrival. The apartment will be available by 14h. Check in can also be done earlier by putting your bags in the office. the guest will then be informed when the apartment is ready

Beautiful apartment + exceptional host!

This apartment was perfect for us. The hosts were SO welcoming & even picked us up from the train station. The extra touches, like fresh croissants on our doorstep, made our stay extra special!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen (5 bis 10 Gehminuten zum Petersdom). Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Felipe hat uns nett empfangen und super Tipps gegeben. ☺️

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und es gab absolut nicht auszusetzen! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich! Es gab viele liebevolle Details! Der Balkon war wunderschön mit einer super Aussicht! Die Lage am Bahnhof sehr praktisch! Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

A great place to explore Rome!

We loved our stay in Rome!! Catharine’s apartment was very clean, modern and with all the essentials. We loved the view of St Peter’s from the balcony. A nice place to finish the day with a wine or 2. Transport is easy with Bus 64 delivering us to the sites of Rome. We also used the Lime scooters to get around… which was fun. Catharine helped us navigate Rome and plan some adventures. She even left us fresh croissants on the first day which were appreciated. Thanks for a great stay

Perfect spot for a few days in Rome

The accommodation was really well organised, with great communication from Catharine in advance, and Felipe met us at the adjacent railway station and settled us into the the accommodation. I enjoyed a chat with him about his PhD in Music Philosophy on the side! The balcony overlooking St Peter’s dome was a pleasant spot to spend the early morning or late afternoon, and the location was convenient to the Vatican and to the Number 64 bus to the centre of the city. We could infrequently hear the trains at Roma S. Pietro, but it wasn’t intrusive. We would happily stay here again if we get the chance to return to Rome.

Excellent for short or extended stay!

This apartment was excellent for our family of 6. It came with many unexpected amenities including snacks, food, and drink. Very short walk to train station that made travelling to other parts of Italy very easy.

Awesome apartment!

This was a great place to stay for exploring Rome! It’s close to the 64 bus line and train. Amazing views of the Vatican from the deck. The host was so kind and helpful! We highly recommend.

Cet appartement est très bien agencé (beaucoup de goût, tout y est), magnifique vue sur Saint-Pierre, proche de la majorité des monuments qu'on peut visiter à pied. Ce qui est appréciable également, c'est que la résidence dispose d'emplacements où garer sa voiture. Ce qui est également appréciable est le frigo rempli pour le premier soir, pas besoin de faire de courses et le matin le pain frais est déposé devant la porte. Catharine et Anne ont été très réactives, pleines de bons conseils. Merci beaucoup
