6-rooms detached villa for 8 people, 155 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and rustic furnishings. Living / dining room with satellite TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. No smoking allowed. Internet (wi-fi). 4 Bedrooms all air conditioned; Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Open kitchen with 4 hotplates plus outdoor kitchen with two hotplates, microwave oven, electric oven, outdoor wood stove, outdoor brick barbecue, dining table, outdoor dining area, dishwasher and refrigerator. The house has three complete bathrooms and an outdoor shower for use by the pool, bathroom, bathtub / toilet, bidet; bathroom / shower / toilet.bidet; bathroom with shower / toilet.bidet. Patio 30 m2, terrace furniture, 8 deck chairs. Other equipment: hairdryer, iron, washing machine.
The kitchen is complete with all the components necessary for the preparation and consumption of meals.

Large villa suitable for outdoor living in contact with nature with large outdoor spaces. House Equipment: wood heating, central heating, air conditioning, washing machine (private use). Private parking inside the property, totally fenced with electric driveway gate. Accessible by car all year round. Car recommended. Situation: on the outskirts between Sperlonga and Itri, quiet, sunny position in the countryside. The house overlooks the garden and the valley. Surroundings of the house: land (for private use, 2'500 m2, fenced), swimming pool for private use "mt9x4 hmax 1.80 ad infinity, overlooking the surrounding countryside full of olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, purified with salt system, with hydromassage corner with 6 jets, outdoor shower (for private use), barbecue (for private use), fireplace (for private use). outdoor dining. Infrastructures and distances: shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 750 m, sandy beach 11 km, riding stables 22 km, metro / train 6 km. Please note, nearby: a railway line 6 km and a Rome airport - 120 km away and a Naples airport 90 km away.
General informations:
Between the two picturesque towns of Terracina and Gaeta is the village of Sperlonga with a beautiful archaeological museum and the famous Grotta di Tiberio. The town stands out on a promontory with its white Mediterranean houses and is worth a visit. Nearest airport Naples 90km and Rome 120km, excursions to Gaeta and the Pontine islands: Ponza and Ventotene (via Formia and Terracina).

The villa exceeded our expectations – everything looks even more impressive in person. Stunning mountain views, a great pool, and everything you need for a relaxing stay is available in the villa. The nearest beaches in Sperlonga are just a 20-minute drive away along scenic roads. The owner, Luca, communicates very well, gives helpful advice, and explains everything clearly. A wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa – thank you, Luca!

Great property in the Lazio landscape

Great property in the amazing landscapes of Lazio. Fantastic view from the infinity pool and garden over the valley with hills and olive trees.The owner, Luca, is super helpful and gave us a lot of personal tips on how to best enjoy the area nearby.We visited Sperlonga, Gaeta, Fondi, Itri and also Naples to enjoy a football game.I highly recommend this property!

Urlaub Herbst 2024 Itri 2 Paare

Wir waren ende Oktober 2024 (zwei befreundete Paare) in dem sehr schönen, großen und sauberen Haus in den Bergen von Itri. Sehr gepflegtes Außengelände mit Grill und Infinity, Pool.Das Haus und die Küche waren komplett eingerichtet und die Geräte alle in sehr gutem Zustand. Luka, der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, gibt Ratschläge zu Ausflügen und Lokalen und spricht sehr gut englisch.

Really nice, quite relaxing stay

Excellent rental, spacious clean and what a view. Lucca was a perfect gentleman and was there when needed. Highly recommend the house. The beach ca. 10 km away was great and Gaete, 12 km was a nice place. Cheap train tickets to visit Rome and Naples. Our visit to Pompeii was impressive but got rained off. All in all, very relaxed and happy

A peaceful and enjoyable stay

Excellent stay

Really nice property in a very quiet area. All was perfect, house very well equipped with all you need, swimming pool is fantastic. Luca was all available to welcome us and support us with any query during our stay.

Fantastic relaxing holiday

We had the most relaxing holiday ever. Luca is an amazing host. Always there if you need him but leaves you to your privacy at all times. The pool is a highlight beyond imagination. Evening swims in the lights and the hydro massage great additions but it is the view that is stunning. The house has every appliance you might need and then some more. BBQ and outside bathroom with hot shower were great to use. The only thing I can say is that unlike other locations where you might find the property does not live up to the photos, here the photos do not do justice to the property. Go and stay there and see what I mean. We are already planning our return.

Luca and Chiara were very kind persons. They were very careful. When my husband got sick , they went with us to the first aid at the hospital and Chiara rested the whole day by us. It was so kind. A peaceful haven

Our two families (kids 14, 13, 12, 8) spent a wonderful week at this villa. The house stayed cool despite the intense heat and we spent hours relaxing in all the outdoor living spaces and enjoying the pool. We loved being able to make use of Luca’s herbs and peppers and fruit in our meals. Itri was a short, easy drive away with numerous market options and the beaches at Sperlonga were a scenic (and curvy) 20 minute drive. Finally Luca was extraordinarily welcoming, responsive, warm and helpful. We would absolutely return and rent Luca’s villa again.

Großartiger Urlaub in toller Umgebung mit super Gastgeber!

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Fliegergitter vor allen Fenstern, Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, traumhafter Pool, Grill und Pizzaofen. 15min zu den wunderbaren Stränden von Sperlonga. Luca ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns stets sofort geholfen hat. Sei es mit Empfehlungen zu Strand, Restaurants, lokalen Spezialitäten und Umgebung oder zu Fragen rund ums Haus, den Garten und den Pool. Wunderbarer Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft! Danke Luca!

Bellisimo

Amazing stay at Luca’s villa. As host, Luca could not be better from previsit communication to handover to goodbyes and suggestions for later stay in Roma. The villa has everything you need - an amazing pool, air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. We spent most time outside and used the pizza oven and gardens. The pool was fabulous, clean and warm. A great size to swim and play. It is convenient for shopping in Itri - a friendly place with shops to stock up; and close to mountains and sea. We hired a boat from Gaeta, walked in the Aurunci mountains to La Rendentore and even managed a trip to Ercolano and Amalfi coast. Easy to reach from Roma airport. Thank you Luca and your cleaner for a spotless stay. We had a fabulous time and a lot of this was down to your friendliness and recommendations. Ciao 😊

wonderful location, friendly owner and great area

We had a great time at this place near Itri. The communication with owner Luca was super easy, nice and helpful. The spacious villa was really very clean and fully equiped, so that it was easy to settle in for us. We would definitely stay here again next time.

A 300 mt tra gli ulivi con piscina e vista sugli Aurunci

Casa spaziosa, silenziosa, con tutti i confort e una ottima posizione tra mare e montagna. Piscina bellissima con vista rilassante sulle montagne a 360 gradi. Ospitalità e disponibilità al top da parte del proprietario Luca. Siamo stati benissimo.
