地中海のパノラマの景色を見渡す素晴らしい建物で、IschiaやPonzaなどの建築様式の建物、大きなスイミングプール、英国の芝生、オリーブ、ヒノキやフルーツの木など地中海の様々なレベルで整備された広い庭園植物。 独立した4つの寝室があり、それぞれに専用のバスルームがあります。 2つのベッドルームは2つの個別の家の一部で、リビングルームとキッチンがあります。これら2つの小さなキッチンに加えて、大きな共用キッチンと美しいプールの近くの食べ物エリアがあります。ここには、一般的な使用のための別のバスルームと屋外シャワーもあります。 ItriはSperlongaとGaetaのビーチから緑豊かな魅力的な景色を20分ほどのところにあります。 ローマ、ナポリ、アマルフィ海岸、ポンペイの日帰り旅行に最適です。
Ischia、Ponza、Ventotenneなどのローカルフェリーで、近くの島への日帰り旅行を計画することも可能です。

Wir waren im August für 10 Tage in der Villa. Der Vermieter hat bereits im Vorfeld gut mit uns kommuniziert, am Tag der Anreise war sein netter Verwalter vor Ort. Die Villa war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Besonders der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde 2x Woche gewartet. Alles war in Ordnung und gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Da die Lage in den Bergen ist, muss man ein Auto vor Ort haben.

Magical stay!

We had the most gorgeous stay at Villa Giada. The photos do not do it justice - it is spectacular. The layout is absolutely perfect for a large family. The main eating area by the pool is where we spent all of our time and then the little casitas that are on the property (all a few steps away from each other) allowed for privacy and down time when needed. The pool and the views are out of this world. The gardens are beautiful and so well kept - towering cyprus trees, colourful flowers and an array of fruit trees that spoilt us for choice in the morning: fresh figs, lemons, limes, herbs, pomegranates. Massimo was a wonderful host and was so generous with his local knowledge. Recommending restaurants, beaches, markets and much more. Itri is a lovely local town and the market on Friday morning was wonderful. We also bought some local Olive Oil from the frantoio at the entrance of the town - highly recommend. We went to Sperlonga and to the local beaches and at every turn were met with more beautiful views and friendly faces. Thank you, Massimo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Amazing!

Beautiful Villa with amazing views

Property is very well kept with stunning views and a great pool. It has separate accommodation which was perfect for our group of family and friends. Couldn’t thank the host Massimo enough for all his help and recommendations during our stay. We would highly recommend this property!

Cultural immersion

Great villa. We lived like locals for a few days. Great beaches near Sperlonga. The pool is fantastic and the views are amazing! The host is on top of it and ready to help.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Spektakuläre Lage und Aussicht mit viel Platz für eine große Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern. Lebensmittelpunkt war der überdachte Essbereich mit angrenzender Küche und Pool. Sicherlich muss in einigen Bereichen renoviert werden und es sollte in der Küche mehr gereinigt werden. Die Fitnessgeräte sind nicht mehr funktionsfähig und sollten im Internet nicht mehr angeboten werden. Massimo war bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge (Rom und Neapel mit Bahn in 1 1/4 Stunden erreichbar) und zum Einkaufen. Alles in allem würden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Fabulous Holiday home

We (4 teenagers and parents) had an amazing time at this lovely holiday home. Great pool views are amazing and there is plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. Would highly recommended and hope to be back!

Lovely isolated villa

The rooms are all in individual houses which suited our slightly more grown up family. Spacious and beautiful garden and rooms. There were 6 of us, but the villa could handle another two comfortably

Fijn verblijf

We hadden met de familie (6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 2 en 4 jaar) een fijn verblijf. Omdat elk huisje slechts 1 slaapkamer heeft, is het niet geschikt om er te verblijven met kleine kinderen (slapen in de living). Voor een familie met oudere kinderen of verschillende koppels is het ideaal. Het huis ligt heel afgelegen in de bergen, enkel bereikbaar via een kleine kronkelweg (15 minuten tot aan de kust) maar dit geeft dan een geweldig uitzicht. Een groot minpunt vonden we de netheid. De huisjes waren niet proper en vooral de grote keuken heeft dringend nood aan een grote poetsbeurt. De matrassen zijn ook aan vernieuwing toe. De regio is mooi en Sperlonga en Gaeta zijn zeker de moeite.

A truly unforgettable stay

The place is absolutely gorgeous, immersed in lush vegetation with olive and fig trees, old cypresses and lavender bushes, a real Mediterranean dream. The villa is impeccably designed, with plenty of rooms organized around independent living spaces, full of comfort and amenities. The stay was well above our expectations and we can’t wait to be there again and meet in person our wonderful host Massimo!

Due settimane indimenticabili.

Una fantastica esperienza. La villa immersa nel verde di un giardino ben curato con panorama eccezionale e la piscina vera protagonista di questa vacanza, ha creato i presupposti per la tranquillità ed il divertimento, come da aspettative. Ottima l'assistenza di Antonio e Andrea sia per consigli utili che per la risoluzione di piccoli inconvenienti. Massimo, il proprietario, sempre disponibile. Très belle propriété !

Fantastic summer holiday

Die Villa ist für 3 Paare optimal. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich, kann sich perfekt zurückziehen. Die Sommerküche am Pool haben wir sehr gut Nutzen können. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, sympathisch und gut erreichbar.

Wonderful villa!

We had 10 wonderful days at Villa Giata! Four grown ups and four children (12-15). We stayed two and two in seperate houses, and it worked really well. The houses are really nice, the gardens wonderful with all the flowers, fruits and berries, and the pool area with the kitchen building is fantastic. We even watched the foottball world cup finales on tv in the living room of the main house a couple of nights. Itri is a nice little town, especially the old part. We had good dinners at Osteria Pulcinella (a must) and Bella Vista had great views over Itri. We made nice trips to the beach north of Gaeta, and visitied beautiful Sperlonga as well. We also made a day trip to Pompei and Napoli (2 hours one way). The owner is really nice, and ensures that you have what you need for a great Italian countryside vacation. Absolutely recommended!

Most beautiful location

We have holidayed in Italy for the past 7 seven years, and our stay in Itri at Villa Giada has been the best yet! The villa was perfect for our family of 5. The design of the accommodation meant that our 3 teenage boys had the choice of retreating to their own space to chill-out, or joining us to play games, have a swim, a BBQ, or enjoy an aperitif whilst admiring the magnificent view. The villa location was very peaceful and the views so beautiful that there was very little need to adventure further afield. However, the fantastic deli in Itri (multi-award winning!!) was irresistible, as were the local restaurants and gelaterias. For a family of foodies, we couldn't have wished for more. When we did decide to explore, we found a very lovely beach just 20 minutes away, where the sea was gloriously clear and warm - perfect for both small children and teenagers. We also spent a few evenings in Sperlonga and Gaieta which were well worth the 30 minute drive down the mountain, The coastline and views were stunning. This was an area of Italy that was not spoilt by tourism, and the welcome from locals was very warm. There was plenty to excite the adventuring explorer, but equally, a location to just sit back, relax and enjoy whilst planning the days feast. We would all definitely recommend this villa, and would love to return ourselves one day.

Paradise by the Sea

This property over exceeded our expectations in every way!! Eight of us celebrating several milestone birthdays enjoyed an amazing vacation in this one of a kind home - it is beautifully maintained and very well designed as it gave each couple privacy but allowed all of us to congregate so we could cook, eat, drink, play games & music, swim and relax. The area offered us everything we needed - fantastic shopping - both for amazing food & wine as well as Italian products to take home - beautiful scenic ocean & mountain drives, beaches, historic sites and wonderful, friendly, helpful locals!! The sunsets each evening became a group activity as they were spectacular and we were lucky enough to be blessed with fantastic weather. Massimo was awesome during the organization process and he and Lauren provided us with lots of info about the area upon our arrival. All of us felt that this was the best vacation ever and would be thrilled to visit again. Thanks Massimo and Lauren for sharing this slice of paradise with a grateful group from Canada!!

Relaxing week at Villa

We flew into Rome, rented a car, and drove south to Itri. Remember to get a GPS in the rental car. The gracious owner Massimo met us in the village of Itri and we followed his car up the unmarked dirt road through olive groves to the top of the hill to discover that the villa has an amazing view directly to the Mediterranean Sea. As we were a family of three, we stayed in the main house which has a lovely bedroom and our daughter slept on the comfortable sleep sofa in the living room. Both rooms open up onto an outdoor court / living area with plush seating. The villa is well maintained, clean and quiet. The furniture is modern and comfortable. Wi-fi worked well in all areas inside and outside. The charming village of Itri offered us wonderful food shops that we visited daily to buy fresh produce, and a gourmet food market with delicious cheese, meats, local wines and olives. We cooked all our meals in the gourmet kitchen that leads out to the dining patio and the pool. The gardens surrounding the house front and back are filled with beautiful flowers and fruit trees. The villa is easily accessible to the beaches of Speralonga and Gaeta which we frequented although truly enjoyed just being at the villa relaxing, swimming, drawing, reading and writing. When we left we drove to the Naples airport which was an equally easy drive as from Rome.

Just Wonderful

When we first saw the pictures of the property we thought that it looked great - in all honesty the photos do not do it justice. It is a lovely spacious property,beautifully designed and thoughtfully constructed. Whilst it is tempting to tell you about each of the aspects of the property in detail I will resist and give a brief outline. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed each with a private seating area outside to give a place for a morning/evening drink if a little more privacy is required. The outdoor, shaded seating area is next to the larger main kitchen,has plenty of room for up to 10 people to sit around a table. This is where we spent most of our time when not in or around the pool. That said this area is next to the pool, which again is really thoughtfully designed and not overlooked. The pool is bigger than the photos suggest and was cleaned regularly by Antonio. The kitchen close to the pool is very well equipped, with dishwasher and a huge fridge. It also has a toilet. The main house has a lounge area with a smaller kitchen area (which we only really used once). It is very comfortable and has plenty of seating. The gardens provide a fitting backdrop. They are well maintained and watered and possess a number and variety of fruit trees including 2 lovely fig trees that provided more than enough fruit for breakfast every morning when we were there in early September. Finally I think it is important to say that the owner, Massimo, was superb throughout in his communication, ensuring we knew all about the property and how things worked. He met us in Itri to take us up to the Villa, even helped us to get some shopping. He was a great host and clearly loves the property himself. Finally we feel it is important to stress that you do need a car as it is a little out of town but as a result provides some lovely views. Location wise the local towns were great with different character but all worth a visit with good shopping and eating establishments. We will definitely return again for another holiday.
