Extremely disappointing experience – 0 stars if that were an option.Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing, with several issues that future guests should be aware of.The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, which is worth knowing if you have luggage or mobility difficulties. There are also two bars directly at the entrance, with very loud music, particularly in the evenings.The security and condition of the entrance were particularly concerning. The entrance door is old and visibly damaged, and it appeared that the lock/key system had been changed previously. The apartment door was also not marked with an apartment number, and when we first arrived, we had to knock on a neighbour’s door to establish which door was ours.Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced a serious security incident, including a theft from the apartment. We reported the matter to the relevant authorities. We do not know who was responsible and are not making any allegation against the owner or agency. However, given what happened, the condition and security of the entrance were extremely concerning to us.We informed the agency about the security issue, and the door lock/key was changed within a few hours. However, we were disappointed by the overall attitude and felt that our concerns were not treated with the seriousness we would have expected following such a serious incident.Communication was also very poor.

Relax

Buena ubicación aunque lejos del centro de Benidorm, alojamiento sin lujos pero perfecto, aparcamiento en estas fechas sin problemas. No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso (a tener en cuenta por aquellas personas que lo necesitan)

Gracias por sus comentarios y valoración. Efectivamente es un edificio sin ascensor, pero a cambio tiene una situación envidiable en la Cala de Finestrat Nos alegra saber que han disfrutado de su estancia y estaremos encantados de recibirles de nuevo

Appartement au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur, bien équipé ,avec un emplacement idéal au pied de la plage et de restaurant
