Cozy apartment located in the heart of the emblematic Ruzafa neighborhood, one of Valencia's most vibrant and fashionable areas. The neighborhood is known for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, wide variety of restaurants, charming cafes, traditional markets, art galleries, and lively cultural scene, all just steps from the apartment.
The apartment is ideal for couples or small groups of friends. It features a comfortable bedroom and a cozy sofa bed suitable for one or two people, accommodating up to four guests. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is less than a 15-minute walk from Valencia's historic center, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot.
The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is located on the first floor, so access is easy and doesn't require climbing many stairs.
Parking is available about a 7-minute walk from the apartment, subject to availability and upon request, at an additional cost of €25 per day.
An excellent option to enjoy Valencia from one of its neighborhoods with the most personality and charm.
