Superb 1st floor apartment close to Illa D´Or Hotel just off the famous Pine Walk. Fantastic location 25m from the beach, close to some restaurants and shops, but very peaceful and tranquil. This lovely bright refurbished apartment is located just 25m from the Pine Walk and beach, in one of the most sought-after positions in what many people consider the original Puerto Pollensa . This area is where the original fishing village began before tourism became the focal point of the port, many locals consider this area to be the real Puerto Pollensa. Situated just off Pine Walk close to the Pine Walk´s picturesque sandy cove beaches and close to the Illa D´Or Hotel. The sandy beach and promenade are just a few steps away.
