Every choice we make, from the high-thread-count linens to the kitchen gadgets, is based on what we would want to experience during our own vacations.

Hands-On Hospitality & Continuous Improvement
We are incredibly hands-on hosts. We visit the property three times every year, and quite honestly, our favorite part of those trips is working to make the home even nicer for our guests. Visiting every four months allows us to personally ensure that every lightbulb, appliance, and piece of decor meets our high standards.

Freshly Maintained: We recently hand-painted the entire exterior as a family project. We didn't just hire a crew; we did the work ourselves to ensure it was perfect.

The Plot and the Compass
When we selected the plot, we started with the land itself. We were the original owners, and the sun was our primary focus. I still smile thinking about standing on that empty dirt plot with a compass in hand, tracking the exact path of the sun before a single brick was laid.

Guaranteed Sunshine: Because of that careful planning, our pool catches "all of the sun, all of the time," whether you visit in the peak of summer or the middle of winter.

Shade When You Need It: We also built a large covered lanai. It’s the perfect shaded sanctuary where you can sit out and watch the kids swim without being in the direct heat of the midday sun.

A True Sanctuary in Clermont
We chose Greater Groves because it offers a sense of privacy and scale that is rare in the Disney corridor. Our home sits on a generous lot—you’ll never feel "bunched in" or tightly squeezed by neighbors here.

End of the Cul-de-Sac: Being at the very bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac means virtually zero through-traffic.

Undisturbed Sleep: Traffic is limited to just our four neighbors and the occasional low-speed turnaround, ensuring your family can sleep undisturbed.

Nature’s Soundtrack: At night, the only thing you’ll hear is the gentle chirping of crickets—not the roar of highway traffic.

Space Coast Views: One of our favorite perks? On launch days, you can actually see the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral rising into the Florida sky right from our backyard.

We used a compass to ensure our pool catches "all of the sun, all of the time". We still smile thinking of standing on the empty plot to track the sun's path before building. This South-Facing Pool captures every available ray from dawn till dusk, summer or winter. For shade, our covered lanai offers a cool sanctuary to watch the kids swim out of the direct sun.

2. Privacy & Quiet Cul-de-Sac
Unlike tightly packed rentals, our villa sits on a generous lot with significant space and privacy. At the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, traffic is limited to just four neighboring houses and the occasional low-speed turnaround. It’s a safe, restful environment where the only evening soundtrack is the crickets—not highway noise.

A rare Florida treat: you can see Cape Canaveral rocket launches right from the road outside- no two hour travel!. It’s a truly magical experience to watch history being made in the Florida sky from the comfort of your own backyard.

Designed for poolside ease, the kitchen features chilled filtered water and a high-capacity ice maker—essential for the Florida sun. With an air fryer for quick meals and a layout just seconds from the pool, grabbing snacks or drinks is effortless.
