"Bella Elena apartment" is located in the ancient Jewish Ghetto a few steps from Largo di Torre Argentina.



This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor, without elevator of Via Sant Elena in the ancient Jewish Ghetto just 5 minutes walk from Trastevere, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Piazza Venezia.



Recently renovated with particular taste and attention to detail, the apartment is modern and very functional with parquet flooring in the bedroom.



The entrance opens into the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a table with four chairs, Smart TV and a very comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove and everything you need for your stay. The bathroom with shower is modern and recently renovated.



The apartment has a spacious bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and smart TV (max 2 + 2 persons - 45 m²). The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi internet connection.



The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. 



We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Highly recommended!

The perfect location, very central in Rome with everything in walking distance. The appartment was clean, comfortable and big enough for 3 people. I even slept great on the pull out sofa. Would highly recommend this appartment for a Rome visit.

right location for the many places we'd planned to see while in Rome. The air conditioning made us comfortable during intense summer heat - so the apt was a respite btwn activities.

Booked this property because it’s listed as having two beds. Initially I received no email communication with the booking and the host randomly messaged me on WhatsApp and refused to use the vrbo communication. The initially tried to use vrbo to pay then claimed it wasn’t working and wanted us to use some random link outside of the app to put my payment in which was sketchy. My coworker and I showed up and were needing to get some rest. As soon as we open the sofa bed it had human fecal stains all over it. We contacted the host and just explained the situation. They claimed we needed to pay them an extra 15 euros per some policy we never received or was in the vrbo listing or included fees if we wanted to use both beds and have both clean which was crazy. The sofa bed was already made and folded they just had dirty sheets. We weren’t upset with the dirty room as much as we were with the false advertisement of the property. The host continued to escalate the situation and used the words blackmail. They then told us to leave the property and we would be refunded. Then they told us we’re not gonna be refunded after we left with our things. We didn’t sleep at all in this property and they continued to say we never paid and that we’re being hostile to them. We left for a Hilton hotel and never looked back. Please never stay in this property and save yourself a headache. I’ve never dealt with a scam company like this and I travel all around the world for my job weekly.

Booking on VRBO requires payments to be handled by the agency through our payment system. Your payment failed due to problems with your credit card. So, no scam. Regarding the sofa bed, we sent an email to the address provided in the booking. The email contains the booking confirmation and asks if the sofa bed is needed, as it is usually not provided for reservations for two people. Any use of the sofa bed must be communicated to us and costs €15 for sheets and pillowcases. If you had informed us of your intention to use the sofa bed, you would have found it checked, unfolded, and made up for the night upon your arrival. Stain on the sheet can happen, but as I mentioned before, we didn't check it because it wasn't intended for use. For communication, we prefer to use WhatsApp because we have many guests. Nothing against VRBO chat. However, we allowed you to cancel your reservation and provide a full refund, even if you didn't deserve it. For those reading this review: Ignore this guest's criticisms. As you can see, we have many other reviews without any issues.

Comfort with great location

The apartment is in a great location just a few minutes walking distance to the Pantheon. We were able to walk to many of the sites we visited. There were many great cafes close to the apartment. Bed was comfortable too The window in the bedroom needs a shade to block out the light outside from the building across the street. The light has a motion sensor and when people walk by, it turns on.

You have a well organized service. A pleasant and easy connection with the customer. I understand that the problem we encountered is difficult to solve because it is more about the maintenance of the building as a whole, but you need to fix the shower drain urgently.

Great location!

Loved the location. The shower drain backed up since the first day forcing us to cut showers short. Toilet seat was loose and nearly slid off. Shelves needed in the shower for our soap and hair products. Needed to put them on the floor. More towels should be left for the renters uses. Needed a weeks stay.

First Marriott homes rental

This property is so close to 4 major tourist sites of Rome, all within a half hour walking distance. There’s also the fact public transit, both bus and subway all within a 3 minute max walk. I can’t say enough about all the restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the property, all of them with tourist prices, but good. One final thought, neighborhood was quite at night. Bathroom, problems I had was slow drawing shower, possible flooding floor if taking long shower. Toilet seat needed tightening so it wouldn’t move. Kitchen area needs better chairs for guests. Cheap plastic chairs don’t keep you from sweating.

L appartamento è in un' ottima posizione, vicinissima a tram e autobus, ma si raggiungono molti posti di Roma,anche a piedi.E' una posizione servita da tutti i negozi necessari e comodi per un soggiorno nella Capitale.L appartamento si trova in un antico edificio con scale strette e senza ascensore,ma essendo al primo piano per noi non è stato un problema.In casa si trova tutto il necessario per la cucina e per il bagno.Lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti e nuovi.Aria condizionata ,riscaldamento e lavatrice sono presenti e perfettamente funzionanti,vi è pure una macchina del caffè,con relative cialde.La camera è grande ben arredata e finestrata,l'unico grosso problema per noi, è stato il materasso,sporchissimo e ammuffito,veramente da buttare.Il reparto giorno,ben organizzato,ma poco luminoso,e soprattutto sprovvisto di tenda oscurante o serrande,pertanto la luce filtra da una tenda che cerca di oscurare,ma lo fa di giorno, rendendo lo spazio buio,ma non serve all alba,perché filtra la luce anche se noi essendo inverno,questo problema ci ha riguardato poco). Materasso , e coprimaterasso certamente da sostituire.istallazione di una tenda leggera alla finestra,che lasci passare la luce del giorno nel soggiorno, più tenda oscurante per la notte.materassi da aspirare ,in quanto pieni di capelli e briciole....lavandino della cucina da ripulire con anticalcare.

I wish it was more clean.

The appartament has everything anyone can need. Possition is excellent and about short distances for interest points în Rome. The windows stop the noice of the trafic. I can't appreciat a correct value of the money due to following: Clean need obviosly to be improve. Some repairs are necessary to the closet door in the living room wich I was fortunate it didn't hit me, to remote and clean the damp under the bedroom window and to the bathroom-toilet wall.
