This charming finca with private pool is set in a peaceful rural area between Alcudia and Pollensa, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and accommodation for up to 5 guests. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday, ideal for both families and cycling enthusiasts looking to explore the beautiful Mallorcan countryside.



The property features lovely private gardens with plenty of space to unwind, while children can play safely outdoors. For added peace of mind, the swimming pool is secured with a gate, making it especially suitable for families with young children. Next to the pool, you will find a barbecue area and a comfortable outdoor dining space — perfect for enjoying long summer evenings together.



Inside, the house offers three bedrooms: two twin rooms and one double bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The spacious living room provides a comfortable area to relax, and the large terrace includes an outdoor kitchen and a generous dining table where everyone can gather to enjoy meals together.



The beautiful beaches of Sa Marina and Puerto de Alcudia are only about 6 km away. In Alcudia, you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and plenty of activities for children. Don’t miss the traditional market held on Tuesdays and Sundays, a visit to the historic old town, the ancient city walls, or the Roman city of Pollentia.

Beautiful Views and Great for Kids, but Needs Some Upkeep

Our stay at this vacation rental was overall memorable but had a few challenges. The house itself is a bit dated and could use some repairs and a deeper cleaning. It’s in a somewhat secluded location—very peaceful except for the charming sheep next door, which our children absolutely loved! Inside, the rooms were adequately sized and nicely decorated, with plenty of toys and activities to keep the kids entertained. The garden was beautiful, and the pool offered stunning, unforgettable views of the mountains and grazing sheep. Unfortunately, the house flooded on our first day and the power went out twice due to storms. The rental company responded quickly both times, and we were grateful for their support. It might be helpful if the owners provided candles and matches, as power outages seem possible in bad weather. Also, the couches remained damp throughout our stay, which was uncomfortable and quite cold during the cool October nights. With some renovations and better maintenance, this property could truly be a wonderful family getaway.

Wunderbares Haus + Garten in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönem Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen: - Ein paar Fahrminuten von den Städten Alcudia und Pollenca entfernt, ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch gut zu erreichen. - Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über alle wichtigen Ausstattungsmerkmale. Wichtig war für uns im August vor allem die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern / Essbereich, der Gasherd und die Spülmaschine. - Der Garten und die überdachte Terrasse sind einfach wunderbar. Es gibt einige schattenspendende Bäume, gerne angenommen wurde auch das im Schatten liegende Fußballtor. - Lieblingsorte waren die schöne Hängematte und vor allem der große, saubere und angenehm warme Pool. Im hinteren Teil ist er recht tief, sodass die Kinder dort richtig gut tauchen konnten. - Der Blick abends auf die Berge mit dort untergehender Sonne war einfach herrlich. - Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: wir hätten uns eine kleine Mappe / Broschüre gewünscht, in der z.B. die Mülltrennung - und Entsorgung beschrieben ist. Hier mussten wir selbst recherchieren.

Une très belle maison pour les familles

Le positif: Avant tout la maison est très propre. Cuisines chambres, sdb, piscine. La maison se trouve à moins de 10 min des plus belles plages. Elle est isolée de la foule touristique et proche des supermarchés pour faire les courses. La piscine est vraiment top et propre. Elle est sécurisée par une barrière avec clef ce qui est très pratique si vous avez des enfants. D'ailleurs la maison entière est agréable pour des enfants. Plain pieds. Un joli jardin avec des jeux d'extérieur. La terrasse ombragée est très conviviale. Un beau potager et une centaine d'olivier entourent cette belle villa. Les chambres sont belles et possèdent toutes des rangements. La maison est entièrement climatisée sauf dans une chambre mais cela ne pose pas de problème car la chambre bénéficie de la fraîcheur du reste de la maison. L'agence et le propriétaire sont très réactifs. Pour résumer je ne vois que des points positifs dans cette maison dans laquelle nous avons passé deux semaines en famille et avec des enfants en bas âge.

Great stay between Pollenca and Alcudia.

Great garden with own swimming pool and well kept surroundings. Old furniture could be updated and radiators inside did not work so very cold at night.
