This dog friendly 2-bedroom bungalow is in Salterns in the popular seaside resort of Seaview on the Isle of Wight.

Accommodation includes a double bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The open plan kitchenette / living / dining room has 2 small sofas, flat screen TV and folding dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer kettle and toaster plus all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle with shower.

Outside is a large decking area with outside seating and a communal grass area. Free parking is available on-site. Additional parking is available on the street.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in this property. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels are not provided, also please note that beach towels are not provided.

We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen.

We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can relax before unloading the car.

We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel. If you would like us to book discounted ferry tickets for you, please ask once you have completed your booking. This property is for holiday use only. No business bookings. No tradespersons

If this property is not available for the dates you require, please contact us as we may have others available.

Most of our properties are dog friendly and many are open all year round. We also have some properties that do not allow dogs.

All properties have bedding included and you'll find some essentials in the property for your arrival.

We can book discounted ferry tickets with either Wightlink or Red Funnel, subject to availability. Early booking is essential during school holidays.

All properties are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests to ensure we remain Covid Secure.

There are three car ferry routes to the Isle of Wight, operated by Wightlink from Portsmouth and Lymington, and Red Funnel from Southampton. We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with both Wightlink and Red Funnel, subject to terms and availability.

If you are travelling by public transport, we recommend that you travel by Wightlink Fastcat or Hovertravel Hovercraft from Portsmouth to Ryde. There are frequent bus services from Ryde to Seaview.

The easiest way to see the island is by car. Free parking is available on-site.

The number 8 bus route runs from Ryde to Newport via Seaview, stopping at Bembridge, Sandown and Arreton. The bus stop in Seaview town centre is approx. a 15-minute walk.

Salterns is located in the Victorian sailing village of Seaview, Isle of Wight. A seaside location well known for being home to the world-renowned Seaview Yacht Club, founded in 1893, with shops, cafes, safe beaches, rock-pools, and walks along the bay - it is for relaxing totally and escaping the mainland bustle.

Over the road is Seaview beach and a short walk away is the Hersey Nature Reserve. Seagrove Bay is a 10-minute walk away with a safe-swimming beach where dogs are welcome all year round.

East of Seaview you will find the villages of St Helens and Bembridge and West you will come to Ryde, the largest town on the Island. There is a coastal walk to Ryde, suitable for pushchairs, which is approx 2 miles.

This is a self-contained property you can come and go as suits you. You do not need to contact us to check in or out. The key for entry is in a Master Key Safe outside the property, so you can let yourselves in at check in time.

A few days before your holiday, we will send you a message with directions to the property. The key safe code will be sent by text message from IWVacations shortly before check-in time at 5pm. Please note that early check-in is not available.

Although you do not need to meet us, we are normally nearby and available by phone, text message or email, 8am to 10pm. If you have any problems, something is not working, need advice on tourist attractions or anything, please do feel free to contact us.
