We explored much of Barcelona from the apartment, metro station is close by and plenty of places to eat in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful apartment located in a classic Eixample royal estate. Spanning 105 m², it includes three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The layout is ideal, offering dual orientations: two of the bedrooms receive abundant natural light, while the dining and living areas on the opposite side enjoy both brightness and a peaceful ambiance.


*Accessibility Information: The apartment is situated in a building with access for individuals with reduced mobility. While the building does have an elevator, please note that there are a few steps in the lobby leading up to it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 3 PM
- Check-out up to 11 AM
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
* Barcelona City Tax: 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights. Kids under 16 are excluded from this payment)
*Late check-in fee of 30€ after 9 PM and 60€ after midnight.
