This stunning country estate lies in the Ternelles valley, an area of profound natural beauty, it is surrounded by protected land and is one of the most exclusive locations in Pollensa.



Recently renovated, its handsome, traditional stone exterior conceals an immaculate contemporary interior, full of character, colourful artwork and even a Jukebox! It has 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms comfortably sleeping 10 people and is conveniently situated just 1 kilometre from the historic old town of Pollensa.

Upon entering the property, you find yourself in an impressive entry hall with a dry stone feature wall and minimalist staircase, from here the room opens up into a large, living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy the company of your friends or family around the coffee table to play games or have a chat.



To the right of the living area is a delightful entertainment room with a television, Jukebox and floor to ceiling book shelves providing a homely feel, it also boasts double aspect patio doors allowing plenty of light and wonderful views of the garden and covered patio area. Attached to the entertainment room is the first bedroom, it has two double beds, table and chairs, fitted wardrobes and attractive, full, en suite bathroom.



On the left of the entry hall a is dining area with table and chairs placed in front of the patio doors with access the terrace and garden, attached to this is the second bedroom, it has two single beds, great for the kids and a full, en suite bathroom.



On the far side of the property lies the generously sized kitchen, modern in design with contrasting wood to give it warmth, it is fully fitted and equipped with all modern appliances to cater for your needs and another large table with plenty of seating, there is yet another set of patio doors ensuring you can enjoy your meals with a view! This is also the location of the third bedroom, very large and welcoming, it has a double bed, sofa, a full, on suite bathroom and a door leading out onto the sunny patio.



Upstairs are the fourth and fifth bedrooms, one with twin beds and en suite bathroom and the other wonderfully spacious room with double bed, walk in closet, table and chairs and fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.



Outside, the villa has several sunny and covered terraces, there is a large round table and chairs outside for alfresco dining during the summer, as well as sofas to chill out on with a cocktail, beyond the terrace and set within the lush, mature gardens is the private swimming pool (18 x 4 cm) flanked by loungers for sun bathing, the views are simply breath-taking.



Ternelles Gran is everything you could wish for in a holiday home, it is ideal for large group getaways in a peaceful valley setting, if you feel like taking a stroll, you can even walk to the town of Pollensa in around 15 minutes, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicente can be reached by car in around 10 minutes.
