Modern penthouse located right next to the famousIlla d'Or hotel, 50 meters from the sandy beach and the emblematicPine Walk.

Second floor with elevator and private parking. It consists of two double bedrooms each with its private bathroom, living room with kitchenette, toilet and laundry room (washing and drying) and flat screen TV. Includes a 50 square meter terrace on the attic, with sea views, barbecue, shower, toilet, storage room, armchairs, dining room, teak furniture on a wooden platform.

It is offered with weekly cleaning and change of towels and sheets.

Beautiful Bellesguard

Top apartment and location to explore the town of Port de Pollenca and beyond. Set in a quiet area just 15 mins walk to the market square and 100mtr to the beach. Rooftop terrace was brilliant, with great Mountain View’s. Facilities everything that you need for a summer retreat. Would certainly consider returning for another stay in future.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need. Quiet location in a nice residential area with great views from the rooftop terrace. Communication and access to the apartment was first class. The welcome pack was particularly appreciated.

Uncooperative property manager

We were due to stay at this apartment in August 2020, but we're unable to travel due to covid restrictions. We were outside of the cancellation period when we found out we couldn't travel so asked the owner of he would defer our stay to next year. We were deeply dissatisfied with the service of the owner who refused point blank to answer any of our emails or texts asking to defer our holiday until next year, we even said we would be happy to take a week in low season even though we paid him over €1,800 for our stay in August, he didn't have the curtesy to reply to us so in theory we have paid for a holiday we didn't have. It is in my opinion absolutely appalling to think that in the world's worst pandemic that anyone could be so un-compassionate as to take€1,800 from us for a holiday that we were unable to take for reasons beyond our control. For this reason I am giving this apartment 1 star as I feel this is all the owner deserves and i am warning others to be aware of this

A really lovely property, very modern and great roof area for sunbathing and relaxing. Comfy beds and great facilities, and good to have parking off street. Only reason for 4 stars was the apartment could maybe do with some attention in places in bathrooms and decor otherwise we had a really lovely stay and loaction for beach walks and cycling was great. Thank you.

Tolle Wohnung !!

Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen 100%. Die Wohnung ist absolut toll und super eingerichtet / ausgestattet, insbesondere die herrliche Dachterrasse. Wir hatten eine perfekte Urlaubswoche mit viel Sonnenschein. Das Meer und der PineWalk in 100m Entfernung. Jetzt in der Nebensaison totale Ruhe!!! Erstklassig!!

Great stay in P. Pollenca

Ideally located, very comfortable and well equipped townhome. The location at the edge of town is ideal for privacy and peacefulness but also close enough for a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping that P. Pollenca has to offer. Booking, check in and check out were hassle free and seamless. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Fabulous apartment with a fantastic roof terrace!

It’s a fantastic apartment, clean, very well equipped, with a roof terrace with views to cherish during the day and also as the sun sets! It’s a bit of a ‘stroll’ to the best supermarket (great fresh fish/shellfish though), but it’s worth the walk if you don’t hire a car. Having been to Puerto Pollenca lots of times before, I’d definitely go back to the apartment. The stairs to the roof terrace are very steep and are not suitable for anyone with mobility problems).
