This vacation home is a 5-room house with 80 m2 of living area, spread across 3 levels. It has been fully renovated in 2010 and features very modern and tasteful furnishings.

The large living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, kitchen corner, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, a shower/bidet/WC, and another flat screen TV. The upper floor has 1 double bedroom with an exit to the terrace, as well as 2 small rooms, each with 1 bed (80 cm), and a shower/bidet/WC.

The house features gas heating, which is available only from 01.10. to 30.04. It has parquet and natural stone floors, and 2 terraces with terrace furniture and a barbecue. The vacation home offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the resort.

It is equipped with a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, and a hair dryer. The house has internet access (WiFi, free), and reserved parking for 1 car.
